Seat Belt Holder / Extender Thingy

See the plastic arm to the far left of the pic, holding the seat belt out.

Mine doesnt have one. My seat belt digs into my neck some days, but i dont want to use one of those gay padded belt covers.

I havent actually seen one for myself.

So whats it's called? Is it standard on R33's? Are they easily fitted? Will it hold the belt in a position where it doesnt dig into my neck?

they at least standard in a r34.. so if no go on the r33.. go to a wreckers, etc.. and grab it off a 34

under the old compliancing laws the jap belts had to be replaced....

under the new laws, they dont.

hence, older import 33's wont have them.

The loop that the belt goes through to the far right of the part in question in that pic, it rotates around 360 degrees, so I would assume you could just use the same part on the passengers side

afaik, s1 r33's didnt come with them. all other models have it.

they don't put them on passenger side as that is where they enter the rear (coupe) and as it sticks out it will get in the way, piss you off.. not supposed to really enter the drivers side

You can press them down, they kinda click into a couple of different settings.

Easy fix. Get one for the passenger side and rip out the back seat so you don't need to worry about back seat passengers

yeah i can see a passenger one getting snapped off easily by the unsuspecting back seat passenger, or someone who just doesnt pay attention

series on r33s do have em, and no one gets in the back seat thru the drivers side in my car

Old thread bump I know.

Did any one ever fit one to the passenger side? I want to do it to mine. With the East Bear GTR seats the seat belt rubs on the seat a bit when a passenger sits in it and I don't want to damage my new seats!

Looks like it would fit, any one do it?

Ive tried and the drivers side definatly does NOT fit on the passenger side !

If you try the internal mechanism that tilts has a right angle pin and there is no recieving hole in the correct place in the B pillar
