Hi.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place to get my Skyline serviced where i can trust the people will do a good job. I would appreciate any help as this is the first time im taking it for a service as the new owner.

Mate you could just take it to Supercheap or one of those places ... I'm sure they've all done enough Skylines by now to be able to do a good job

I took my skyline to Mobil Como - well I think its Liberty now, but its on Labouchere rd. His dad imports jap cars in NZ and gets alot of parts from there. Very good mechanic. He did the major service - timing belt and all for a decent price.

I take mine to Precision Autocare in willeton. Good honest guys that really looks after u n know their stuff too. Good price too.

Alot of the RICE guys use Tim at Sik 'em Wrex Racing in mandurah for their work, im yet to go there myself. Im not sure if he does standard services etc ... should do.

Steve & Ant @ SST are the go. Both of them have had a rather large hand in modifying most of the cars on this forum as well as keeping them running.

Dave, if u just want a basic service - oil, plugs, etc... go to Top Racing in Bentley

Dave, What area are you in? There are heaps of good places, if you tell us where you are we can suggest someone good that's local to you:D

Forgive my ignorance, but I don't really know where that is:( If your near Malaga, then I'd go see Ken at Hyperdrive, if your near Welshpool, then I'd go to SST, both have a long history on working on Skylines and imports.

Yeh Duncraig is NOR, i'll be going to Hyperdrive for my mechanical needs as im NOR too

Servicing your car is easy, but until you know how than take it to someone who knows. We know some people who put a bit too much engine oil in 1 day;)
