That car is a hardcore street/drag car from Japan that ran 9s. Certainly not a circuit car

That track day was a friend's bucks party so they bought it for fun and to do some skids. It had $70 tyres on it and no back brakes ( not needed for skids )

just coz its a circuit car doesnt mean it cant have a big turbo, wait till this years time attack, i bet most of the big cars are running huge HP! maybe the spl on a 2.6 is big, but a kai on a stroker is crazy :)

Have a look @ the entry list - its up for people to see.

Most of them are running around 500-600hp, no T51Rs in sight.

So all the T88 equipped GTR's with lap records at Tsukuba must be doing it wrong :(

ye im sure the pro cars are running 5-600hp. maybe the ones that weight nothing. no t51r's coz theyre scared and their engines are too small to handle the wrath

yep they got no idea........ lol when its set up right, they do wonders, but who in aus is gonna try fcuk around that much, hardly anyone.

i think nams ran a t88 also ? anyways t88 r old news im sure a few cars will be running big turbos. hell even the sierra sierra evo runs a efr 9180 and thats a bit bigger than t04z from memory and theyll be pushing easy 600+ hp in a thing that weighs nothing and a little engine

    • I used to have Walbro 255's when they were a pretty common update. (or were they 044? 040?) In any case I had a dirty tank. I thought the tank was good, but I would find the filter would clog in maybe ~50km of driving. If the issue persists, well, your fuel system or tank has crap in it that the pump is sucking up.
    • Hi. Ok thanks for the info. I/we do not know what tune is on that Nistune ECU so it is why there is stock ECU and that Nistune is for later when the car is done. I have guy who tunes Nistune and other ECU so i will then take it to him to see and properly tune for the car   And for the update. On 99,9% it is bad fuel pump. Which is wierd cuz it is like 2 years old(brand new walbro 255) and that filter (also brand new) was dirty.  I was alwaya pumped premium(100) on very good petrol station so i dont know how is that possible...
    • Dear folks My family members have 4 different cars : Triton 2015 and Corolla 2011 and Mazda3 2012 and Hyundai Elantra 2014 Looking to buy engine oil funnel spill free What I found are are below  https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BBTTJNKX?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image&th=1 https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/145553221359?srsltid=AfmBOoqYBU6Ptw0LU_bAp_k67U3qkF97HHvePkA7iHZw8vUmiwoIRaRr https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09X23TCS5?th=1 Is there a funnel with attachment that fits most cars ? Don't mind to spend for a decent quality  Thx
    • Stock ECU (or more accurately stock tune) absolutely refuses to go over 10psi and behaves like you have seen. The Nistune is the same if it is the stock tune. If the Nistune chip has been tuned, the resulting tune could be literally anything for any combination of parts. The Nistune just makes the stock ECU Tunable.
    • So stock ECU does not like anything above 10 psi?  That Nistune one is just for "try" if it will be any different, I know it need to be tune for that. I know but YOU may know about these problem but i/we dont. They few little Skylines here let alone people who know anything about tham so that is why iam asking here
