Chestbrah? There's something not quite right about him? For someone well known on the gear seems small and flat in person and he looked so tired and out of it in the face.

Jay Cutler was more of a touch n go. But Phil Heath you could chat to a bit and also got a signed photo thingy so it was ok :)

I only really wanted to go see a few stars Phil, Cutler and Marc Lobliner. Marc Lobliner is real nice in person and had the time to chat with every person from what i could see

He is muppet and looks like he does as its what happens when you mix PEDs with rec drugs. To be big on gear or not you have to eat big and eat big everyday.

I swear 90% of my gym are unaware that you need to eat big to get big natty or not

Fkn skinny bicep curlers, I laugh everytime I see them, but it quickly turns to pity

Mind you eating big has big down falls on health and so on. And its hard work. Im bulking on 4800cals at the moment and keeping it clean its bloody hard work. Way harder than training. Every meal the last quater of it is forced down and feeling very sick. And im nowhere near what i would consider big! Had a dexa 2 weeks ago and was 98kg at 10%bf

Last time I went spastic on food I blew up quickly enough I was questioned about using gear, lol. That's just what happens when you restrict your carb intake most days so it becomes normal, then all of a sudden slam the f**k out of them hahaha. SO MUCH WATER RETENTION OMG.

Also know the downsides of eating a huge volume of food (not so much high cal intake, but just a lot of food for my digestive system to process). Got some potential digestive issues now....possibly lactose intolerance, which wouldn't necessarily have anything to do with the volume though.

I too have a bit of a lactose intolerance now that I never used to have :(

Can still drink chocolate milkshakes but have switched to BN isolate bexause the concentrate was making me feel shit, i.e. prolly the extra lactose.

How tall are you and do you have a pic from two weeks ago (I assume the scan was just before you started bulking)?

I've been minor bulking myself lately...those who do will remember my slight 80kg @ 6'3 frame where I was hovering around 9-10% bf thereabouts. The GF wanted me to have a thicker midsection, so I upped my food intake a bit with an extra meal a day. Consequently, my lifts have also increased in strength and last night I tipped in at 87kg. My abs have lost a fairbit of visibility, albeit still a clear outline; no bulk is ever going to be all muscle (or even mostly muscle for that matter), so at a guess I'm prolly hovering around 13-14% right now and the pants are feeling quite tight lol. On the plus side (pun), I've never felt this healthy physically...leading me to think that I was training too hard for my food intake beforehand and operating at perhaps too much of a deficit (I was down to 10%, which isn't extreme, but considering the food I was eating wasn't particularly healthy either). So anyway, I'm happy where I am for now and enjoying some strength gains. Will be interesting to see where it takes me on the hypertrophy side of at all, considering that's not really a goal of mine (but could be one day?).

On the other hand, I do believe there's such a thing as overbulking, as your body obviously can only use so much more food to build size and the rest will be shit out or stored as fat.

Im 6ft and dont have a pic at the moment but im mid way (about 9 weeks in) through the bulk but got the dexa because i thought i was getting fat. So i have put on bugger all fat which i was surprised with as i have had a fair few cheat days. There is a photo in the gym and sup thread of me looking shit and flat on no carbs. was about 92-93kg and shit photo but was more 8% looking at me now and the most recent dexa. Eating lots of carbs makes a huge difference in how everyone looks

One thing eating and punishing myself in the gym has done has ruined my stomach and not sure if eating or gym has done it but i found out im hypoglycemic when i got blood tests.

Time to substitute those carbs from potatoes for M&M's lol

inb4 health concerns

I thought about it but shit legs and calves would have me placing last.

I sort of make a goal and say ill just maintain it. As soon as i make that goal its another.

There is actually a good video on youtube about bigorexia.

I still look at my self in the mirror and dont see my self as different to the average person. I dont go out often because of lifestyle but when i do i always get a few comments. I know im bigger than average. Just an addiction thing i guess. And maybe a few head issues hahaha. Doesnt help that pretty much all the guys i train with compete and are well over 100kg off season some up to 125kg. Most get down to 90/95kg when they compete. So im the small guy! certainly doesnt make things easier on the brain lol

your mate is a big boy! Unless jay has dropped a huge amount of size. Actually got some arms on him regardless!! People really dont get how big these guys are in the flesh!

Meeting big ramy not long ago pretty much made everyone look like they had aids or something

Yeah Jay has lost quite a bit of size imo. Friend is only about 6"2 and 95kg

Phil Health was about 3 x the size of me. And Cedric Mcmillan was massive and made Ben Pakulski look small

    • Even more fun, leave all the ADAS stuff plugged in, but in different locations, hopefully avoid any codes!   And honestly, all these new cars with their weird electronics. Pull all the electronics out Duncan, and just shove an aftermarket ECU and if needed a trans controller in, along with a PDM. Make it run basic but race car styled!
    • To follow up a question from earlier too since I had the front bar off again (fking!) This is what is between the bumper and the drivers side wheel And this is the navigator side, only one thing but its a biggy! So basically....no putting coolers in the wheel arches without a lot of moving other stuff. Assuming I move to properly race prepping this car I'll take that job on and see how the computers respond to removing a whole bunch of ADAS modules
    • So I prepped the car for another track day on Wednesday (will be interesting to see coolant temps post flushing out and the larger reservoir, with a forecast of 3-14 being 20o cooler than last time I took it out). Couple of things to mention; since I am just driving the car and not taking a support vehicle, I took the rear seats out and just loaded the back up Team Trackday style. Look at all that space! To cover off removing the rear seat....it is weird (note the hybrid is probably different because it wouldn't have folding rear seats) Basically, you remove the lower seat base, very similar to a r series but it is a clip that pulls forward to release the base rather than it being bolted down. Easy Then, you need to remove the side section of the rear seat on each side. There is a 14mm head nut at the bottom of the side piece, the it slides upwards off a hook at the top to release; you also need to unhook the seatbelt from the loop at the top. Then the centre piece is weird. You need to release/fold the seats forward with the tab in the boot on each side From there, there are 2,x12mm headed bolts holding the rear of each seat to the folding bracket, under the trim between the rear seat and the boot (4x christmas tree clips there, they suck). The seat is out but you can see where the bolts attach to the bracket
    • As discussed in the previous post, the bushes in the 110 needed replacing. I took this opportunity to replace the castor bushes, the front lower control arm, lower the car and get the alignment dialled in with new tyres. I took it down to Alignment Motorsports on the GC to get this work done and also get more out of the Shockworks as I felt like I wasn't getting the full use out of them.  To cut a very long story short, it ended up being the case the passenger side castor arm wouldn't accept the brand new bush as the sleeve had worn badly enough to the point you could push the new bush in by hand and completely through. Trying a pair of TRD bushes didn't fix the issue either (I had originally gone with Hardrace bushes). We needed to urgently source another castor arm, and thankfully this was sourced and the guys at the shop worked on my car until 7pm on a Saturday to get everything done. The car rides a lot nicer now with the suspension dialled in properly. Lowered the car a little as well to suit the lower profile front tyres, and just bring the car down generally. Eternally thankful for the guys down at the shop to get the car sorted, we both pulled big favours from our contacts to get it done on the Saturday.  Also plugged in the new Stedi foglights into the S15, and even from a quick test in the garage I'm keen to see how they look out on the road. I had some concerns about the length of the LED body and whether it'd fit in the foglight housing but it's fine.  I've got a small window coming up next month where I'll likely get a little paint work done on the 110 to remove the rear wing, add a boot wing and roof wing, get the side skirt fixed up and colour match the little panel on the tail lights so that I can install some badges that I've kept in storage. I'm also tempted to put in a new pair of headlights on the 110.  Until then, here's some more pictures from Easter this year.
    • I would put a fuel pressure gauge between the filter and the fuel rail, see if it's maintaining good fuel pressure at idle going up to the point when it stalls. Do you see any strange behavior in commanded fuel leading up to the point when it stalls? You might have to start going through the service manual and doing a long list of sensor tests if it's not the fuel system for whatever reason.
