and we can negotiate payments...

Does this involve clothes on or off?

Agree. I had my house and a 34R when I was 20. Just worked and studied hard brah.

I must be doing it wrong

Assuming your GTR and house deposit approximates $150k

Please tell me the ways of saving that much cold hard cash whilst still being at school and Uni and by 20 great Obi wan kenobi?

P.S Not having a go at you. Just genuinely curious. All the power to you if you did.

i had my house when i was 19

no im not rollin' in cash, i worked my arse off for it

had a built house and an empty land by 21. land is sold but still have the house

don't even bother talking about this stuff to anyone other than your family members.

if you're young, people's first thought is always gonna be "daddy's money etc"

so f**k em.

yeah very true, people just assume its not your money

i was a hermit for 2 years after i left school to make my deposit

Not to doubt that young people with houses have worked hard to get where they are, without direct financial help from their parents...let's not forget the position that many of them are in to do that in the first place. A lot of my super wealthy friends seem to forget, when they go on about how they've done everything for themselves, that none of them have paid board or utility bills or had to contribute towards the rent of their family's house, or had to pay for dire circumstances when they were still just a kid. It's a lot easier to save every dollar you earn and study hard when you don't have to look after your family financially or with your time.

That being said, there are a lot of young people who don't realise how much of their pay they spend on shit like alcohol. I save more on a weekly basis than my friend whose income is nearly twice that of mine.

ofcourse. unless you're at a decent wage or running a good business (doubt most teenagers are) how can you possibly afford a house when you're paying bills for the one you're living in...

i've never paid a cent for alcohol or smokes. the amount of a money a regular smoker/drinker spends annually is ridiculous

kunts only living for the moment thinking the future will automatically work out for them

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
