Good few pages to read.. Lol.

I had BC BRs on my 33GTR, they were nice but after a year or so started to creak a tiny bit at low speed.. only a tiny little bit nothing compared to when coilovers "knock"

My brothers got BC BRs on his 33GTST no complaints from him either for what it's worth

Lol no deal

Wanna get the gp pro gloves

Dainese gear too expensive rich kunt ^

Think the only difference between the plus and pro glove is the hard cover on the wrist strap...Dude at Peter Stevens told me not to bother with them over the Plus..

And the Pro is $250 like the Dainese Joust....

I said I want all that, not that I can afford it.

You guys too busy arguing over what the best /bikefashion is and not coming out on SAU rides :P

Just buy some gloves that fit, and come for happy fun mountain runs

Much much more compliant than SS.

In saying that, have never driven on brand new SS. Just second hand sets.

I would rate the BR's better than second hand Type Flex easy.

The BR, as I said, firm. But they don't bounce around or or skip off bumps.

Might be a goer then. That's my biggest issue with stiff coils...accelerating up a hill / around a corner and losing the rear end over a friggen bump :/

Mate in E36 M3 runs them as well. Drove the car a lot for a few year. No issues, they were actually much better than the stock BMW dampers.

I wonder how the BC V1 would compare to the BC BR, which are slightly cheaper and by description, more suited to street driving? Same spring rates though...

i dont watch ACA..

ill keep an eye out for him on ACA..

-_- *bored

no

i want the medics to be impressed as they collect my body parts

Nope, swapped the Merc with a mates Daytona for a few days. Sending it back tonight.

i see

Daytona sounded good from what I heard..

Also I liked your pace through the hills.. quick and fun but not silly (considering we don't know the turns) I always prefer following for some reason.. the DRZ kept up fine just some of the higher speed straights (120+) Adam was gone haha

Too bad we didn't get a good run down Burwood highway end

Rimon, my Fox gloves are awesome <3

    • When you pulled it off, there is no signs of blown head gasket? Is it possible you have some other issues going on? Possible cracked blocked? Or do you think it's straight up lifting the head? Did you check what the head was torqued to before pulling it down (To see if possibly they're stretching, or starting to break threads out etc)?
    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
