Hi guys

sorry i haven't been on here for a while i only got the chance to jump on and post a couple of pix of some manifolds we are doing, we have had people ask us prior for doing manifolds with out wastegate ports to run on their setup's so they can run the wastegate direct of the turbo housing, so we are now making them also with out ports for Rb20, Rb25 and 26, We are also doing the Rb26 setup with a T4 split flange 3 collectors on each side if you are running a split pulse flange on your turbo, the 26 setups come standard with 38mm port if you require large we can also make you one larger for extra cost.

Prices are :

Rb20 / rb25 / rb26 manifolds with out wastegate ports $369 AU Shipped to AU

Rb26 split pulse setup with 38mm wastegate port $369 Au Shipped to AU

Rb26 spilt pulse setup with 40, 44, 50mm port $469 Shipped to Au

I'm a old man I don't care about copies or china.

Specially people making customers do QC for them.

But that SR one sure is by far the worst manifold I have seen.

Does the wastegate mount right there? I thought you're supposed to have a decent distance between the top of the wastegate and any heat sources, that looks like the diaphragm is gonna get pretty toasty?

It does mount up there. I'll take a pic of it dummies up. All the info I've found is to keep it short for boost control. It points the top the gate away from the turbo so it will be fine. If it comes to it The gate is a Tial mvs that has water cooling function if you want.

Glad you guys like the manifolds, we are doing some changes currently we will have a couple new things out in the next couple months also we will be doing a couple of low mount ones with and without external port, would any one be interested in them?

Yes i would be , low mount , 40mm ext gate , cash waiting :D . I will be fitting a td06 to it so there should be plenty of room around the strut tower . Can you ceramic coat them by any chance?

    • Yeah, and how many of them are still lying around waiting to be used? I think we're in a new era of Skyline modification, where you can't rely on parts from other models being available any more.
    • Uncle Duncan, send me some photos of the creek/drain/culverts, when it's low or dry, and also when it floods if you have any Do you have an idea of how much water that part of the land and drainage would capture in a heavy fall Does the whole creek/drain overflow up stream as well as downstream, or are the culverts the bottleneck, or is the water building up past the culverts and stifling the flow, or does the whole road go under Are the culverts being blocked by dirt or vegetation during the event A land survey would be handy to see where the upstream water is captured and drains down stream I can roughly calculate the size of the drain and culverts required and speak to our surveyors and engineers at work to see what options there are When it comes to culverts and drainage it all comes down to some math to work out what is required  People often underestimate the size of a culvert/drain In saying this I won't be back at work for a week or so as I had my right shoulder rebuilt 12 days ago
    • Because an r33 speedo bolts straight in and doesn’t require butchering the wiring
    • A speedo corrector module has to be the simplest thing. Why anyone would consider any alternative is beyond me. You could even knock one up yourself with an arduino in an afternoon.
    • I have no idea what the power steering control module is on a non-HICAS car because I've never seen one. But it is a fair bet that is essentially the same thing as on any other Nissan of the period with variable PS. So, Maximas, that sort of thing. It will pick up the ECU's speed signal off the "bus" (there's not really a bus - any consumers of the VSS are all just connected to that output on the ECU). The output should (most likely) be a PWM signal to give you an effective average voltage between the minimum and maximum values. You could possibly look at the HICAS part of the R32 manual to see what that range is likely to be (for non-HICAS, as it should be about the same).
