Nick got 19 with 130kg today, I'll post vid up tonight

He deadlifted 200kg x 3, then 210kg x 1 and 220kg x 1 beforehand

His hips gave out on the 20th rep, couldnt lock it out

Edited by markos

I think if Nick did it BEFORE deadlifting 220kg lol he MAY have had another couple in him

Nick did his session first and then did the challenge

Its why I find it funny when guys want to rest for a few days before trying, Nick rested a few minutes lol

hehe i felt strong when i did 130kg for 5 reps....

would insert a sexist remark here but cant due to video of the 58kg women being stronger then me....

where do i deposit my man card as i wont be needing it for awhile?

u mean to tell me steak doesnt taste like fruit??

one thing that I dislike about American supplement brands (could be others as well), but they dont have to back up their nutritional claims with any science.

so they can say 350% more blah blah then real steak, but dont have to show any real supporting evidence.

    • Heh. I copied the link to the video direct, instead of the thread I mentioned. But the video is the main value content anyway. Otherwise, yes, in Europe, surely you'd be expected to buy local. Being whichever flavour of Michelin, Continental or Pirelli suits your usage model.
    • Continental have consistently beaten the absolute shit out of every other performance tyre in Wet/Damp/Cold conditions and give up a little bit of time (half a second at most) in the dry. Almost like it's engineered for German conditions or something. I'd def give those a try.
    • I refer you to this thread on PF, by someone who knows what he's doing. Paints a good picture of the humble AD09.
    • Ha, I've never pressed the X in all these years incase it removed the notification for all Admins
    • I don't know, I've never done it that way, but 1. While it is an interference engine, there is still clearance between the valves and the piston at all points in the regular timing cycle 2. There is not a lot of distance before you can't catch the top of the valve stem any more I don't know if 2 is greater or less than 1. But 3. If it doesn't work out you are f**ked, engine is coming out to disassemble so it is a big bet.
