Britney gets pole, but only really through a technicality. And then celebrates as if he didn't screw up others laps. They need to bring in a rule where if you cause a yellow with less than 30 seconds to run, or after the session has ended, then you get a penalty.

No they don't. It wasn't on purpose, that's racing (or qualifying in this instance).

I agree that the celebration was a bit much though.

lol that is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Let's penalize people for pushing it to the limit in Q3 while trying to get pole.

Rosberg should have stayed right at the end of that escape road as his session was over anyway with only 30 seconds left in Q3 and not enough time to start another lap. With him at the end of that road the yellows should have been cleared and Hamilton would've been able to complete the lap

Doesn't take much for the douchebag in Hamilton to come out!

Rosberg scored 2 little victories there - one over Hamilton for pole and also over Hamilton mentally - he's no poker player! The last thing you'd do is let the other guy know how pissed off you are like that - or carry on like a child in the press conference broadcast to the world!

I wouldn't be surprised if Hamilton does something stupid tonight, or makes one of his trademark silly mistakes...

I don't see why it's stupid. Had he caused a red flag he would've been penalised. Had he been going slow and blocked people he would've been penalised. Had he gone off and pulled back in front of someone while returning to the track he would've been penalised. But sitting a little way down an escape road and then reversing onto the track, while causing a prolonged yellow flag is ok cause he was "just having a go"? Might as well stop penalising people who take another car out when trying to overtake under brakes, because "they are just pushing hard to get a position".

He didn't go slow and block anyone, he didn't go off and pull back in front of anyone and so on... I said he shouldn't be penalized for pushing hard for pole, and f**king it up.

He should probably have copped something for reversing up the escape with the intention of rejoining as he was well aware there was 30 seconds left, and that he could not get around to start a new lap..

    • Or, the height of the release bearing is not correct for your combo. Start with the bleeding and checking the slave moves throughout its range when you press the pedal (2 person required), but it is possible for the height to be internally wrong too (box back off to measure.
    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
    • @Duncan I can try  and thanks i did not thought about VIN and part numbers for 33/34. @GTSBoy yeah it looks like iam gonna do that
