big thanks to all the organisers and volunteers for getting this day up and running, had an absolute ball, the car went hard all day and shaved 2 seconds off my best time from last year

also thanks to Brian for taking me for a spin in the corvette, such a beast, and to Mark (Staz88) for sitting shotgun and teaching me how to spin out like a boss, ended up shaving off those 2 seconds straight up next timed session. Hopefully Luke got some footage from that passenger session, was quite fun

Cant beat the last session of the day though which we all seemed to treat as a fun session, jez blasting past me through the esses twice, and bighead overtaking me up the hill....... sideways....... was pissing myself laughing when i saw him coming in the mirror

hey mate the first lap in my video is the passenger session your talking about you can see the dust i think as i come out of the esses. If not ill review more footage and make sure i put it up lol

first time ever being on track @ smsp

had a great time was not to fond of last flag Marshall she was very flag happy in the passager sessions .

Highlight of the day was seeing FATZ in a passenger session split 2 cars down the middle on the straight right infront of all the marshals and i was near dave with his radio and i hear "WE NEED TO FLAG THE SESSION! THESE GUYS ARE GOING ALL OUT NOT 80%" i lost my shit hahahaha!

I was running 2x worn Dunlop on the front, 1x kumho and 1x maxxis on the rear.

They were getting slippery when the track was getting some heat into it.

Hence, I called it a day.

My tires were maaad lol. Not as much power as other cars but i was running on the front 1x potenza re001, 1x potenza re002. And the rears were parelli Pzero's All second hand my tire shop gave them to me $25 each 235/45/17. Very good and they have about 60% tread lol.

No body flagged wanting the GoPros. Last person to rent one was Alex B and he has his own now. Last 4 events I've taken the time to charge and prep - no takers.

I had semis on the front and chalk on the rear, hence overly tail happy very dodgey on all runs, will roll and pump the rear guards so i can fit the semis next time and maybe even get an alignment done rather than using my eye to align the rears... Lol!
