Election time... Always a tough time with an important decision to be made.

I really need to sit down and have a good think about what kind of dick and balls I'm going to draw on this year's ballot paper

hair or no hair?

Just heard an anti-Turnbull ad on the radio spoken by the ETU...had absolutely nothing to do with unions...or electricity for that matter.

Sex party gets my vote again; at least they stand for somethig tangible and desired

In Victoria the Labor party is directing it's preferences to the Sex Party

Curiously, how hard does the union push its members to vote a certain way? I knew of people back in the day who pretty much got kicked out / ostracized for voting Liberal; stopped getting offered work etc.

I think we've been sent one thing in the mail maybe a month ago, basically saying to put liberal last.. Not so much Labor first.

Liberal want to introduce some pretty f**ked up laws against tradies so it makes no sense for us to vote them in... The ETU isn't actually affiliated with the Labor party anymore though... They pretty much decide who they suggest heir members vote for on a case by case basis, I guess it's more often than not Labor as liberal doesn't really do anything for us blue collar peasants.

Labor wanna take away my pending negative gearing though, so I'm f**ked either way...

but I thought tradies all wanted to vote liberal... that's what the add told me

So I have a no junk mail sticker on mail box, when you travel overflowing mailbox is a giveaway.

why do all the political parts still deliver to me anyhow.

on a slight plus Note, I land on the morning of the election, no adds, billboards or crap for me.

look up policies from airport on way out, vote on way home go to sleep.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
