Took 0.2s off PB at Winton on Sunday (1.35.0). Should be able to get into the 1.34's next time on the condition it a) it dry and B) I'm not full of Benalia Wang Busters from the night before.

Have both Calder and PI in the next few weeks so will hopefully improve times for both tracks.

hey Roy you have any times for Mallala yet?

I will be there shortly... :)

Not yet...will be looking at doing a day in November when everyone is a little more organised...including me... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...ic=46214&st=100

Updated times...

And Abo Bob, so you only saw a 2sec improvement with the RE55s??? Still a huge improvement, but do you think that semis are worth 2seconds, or were there problems on the day which meant you couldnt get the most out of the tyres?

I improved by 3 seconds actually. 1:15 to 1:12. I also have about 30 more rwkw but my new transmission is a bit different than the old one which required some learning.

I would say that I'll get a 1:11 next time down with current setup but I have some bilsteins waiting to go in, still got stock suspension. I'd love to do a 1:10 in an auto.

Howdy fellas,

Did a supersprint on sunday at Wakefield and got my best time down to a 1:10.63.

Results are here:

All guys above me were running slicks or R-spec tyres. I'm on stock 05 STi Bridgestone RE070s. I'm getting very tempted to try a set of stickies.

...for all the guys with the r33 gtr's how do they compare to cars such as type-r's, s2000's, sti's, and evos?

Unless they are serioulsy modded, almost std GTRs with semi slicks leave them for dead. The EVOs seem to get close at some tracks, but not close enough...hell even my little GTST keeps the late model hatch/hairdresser brigade honest :D

And storms to the top of te Queensland Raceway time card :D

    • Agreed, I've never seen a 260RS specific manual. As GTSBoy said it will mostly be stagea other than the engine loom https://www.hgeconsulting.com.au/stageaservicemanual.pdf
    • You'lll likely have to make do with R33 GTR for engine/tranny stuff, and Stagea for the body. I don't know that there's even been an actual diagram seen in the wild.
    • Haha, i kow right? Could have bought so many cars for the same amount of money (or less) but driving Unicorn gives you at least +1mln to style 😅. Like wise man said "life's to short to drink cheap wine and drive boring cars" 😉
    • Newbie here, proud owner of an Autech 260RS. I'm on the hunt for wiring diagrams specific to the 260RS, particularly S1. I've ran my eyes through R33, R34 Diagrams, there are some similarities, however continue to find incorrect wire colours and pins on connectors in the 33,34 diagrams.   I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction? I'd be happy to pay for the originals in Japanese. I can translate them, at least they would be accurate.   Any help please would be greatly appreciated, never heard an RB26DETT before let alone driven one, and I've got a spaghetti monster of goodness to sort out.   Cheers Benny
