reaper
Hi Guys, Up for sale is my complete bolt on Borgwarner EFR setup out of my R34 GTR. This setup is amazing but I have decided to build a 3.2L stroker so ill be moving onto a bigger turbo (9180 or so). Most responsive turbo you can get for 450-550awkw bar none. No expense has been spared on this setup it was all custom but works together so well. If you haven't heard of the EFR before read up on them here http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/341890-borg-warner-efr-series-turbos Kit consists of Borgwarner EFR 8374 1.05 rear. Front and rear housings have been ceramic coated black and an elbow has been welded on. Full race metal BOV cover. Same as this one here http://www.full-race.com/store/efr-turbos/borgwarner-efr-8374-turbo-2.html with the coatings and the fitting kit (fittings, vbands, flanges etc) is about 2600 usd before shipping and import duties. Full race manifold T4 split pulse manifold. Absolutely amazing manifold the workmanship on it is crazy. Has also been ceramic coated black then wrapped with titanium heat wrap. Same as this one here http://www.full-race.com/store/efr-turbo-manifolds/nissan-rb26-25-20-det-t-twin-scroll-ewg-efr-turbo-manifold-1.html. The manifold alone would set you back 2500 usd before shipping and import duties. All lines are 200 series braided teflon from Speedflow with fittings to suit. 4" Stainless dump pipe which reduces down to 3.5" near the bottom of the firewall and is flanged where the cat would sit. 2 Stainless screamer pipes to suit Tial MVR 44mm wastegates. These attach to the dump pipe but don't plumb back in they exit under the car a bit past the firewall. The front one was a nightmare to fab up ($900 alone on that pipe) but it's done now and works perfectly whilst still retaining factory AC and PS. Alot of time went into that run to ensure everything could still be used. 4" intake pipe with 6" bell mouth and filter to suit. Sounds amazing with the bell mouth on it. Hot side intercooler piping from turbo to intercooler including all clamps and silicone. The kit utilises all standard holes so no cutting is required which made it a mission to fab up but I think the results speak for themselves at it looks amazing. You can see from the photos no expense was spared here at all (I didn't think id ever outgrow it) and it looks amazing. The kit itself is in perfect condition in every way it just won't make the 650awkw I want out of a 3.2 All you need is some Tial MVR 44mm gates and it is straight bolt in everything else is there. I do have the gates to suit but ideally id like to keep them rather than rebuy for the new setup. Price: 7K A lot more than that was spent on it but I am realistic. The turbo and manifold alone would set you back more than that landed nowadays! Pickup is definitely preferred over post considering the size of everything. I am located in Rouse Hill, NSW and don't intend on splitting anything unless I have a buyer for everything.
