I can probably hook u up for dyno time but its in Wollongong lol.
Dyno dynamics 4wd dyno raised above ground so can be an issue if mega low front ends, but can ramp up if needed

thanks Jase!

See how despo I get, car needs to be done for mid Nov but I'm going OS soon so leaves me with this weekend only

Time for a build update, so now moved onto the bathroom upstairs.

This build I've enlisted a builder as we only have 1x bathroom so efficiency is important and working on Johnny time isn't going to work out especially as we only have 1x shower in our house.

Tiles and all the shit have been purchased. 1.2m vanity wall hung, 20mm stone top for vanity. 30x60 Porcelain tiles for floor, 30x60 Ceramic for the walls and 10x30 ceramic for the feature wall (vertical brick pattern).

New toilet suite and all taps, fittings and shit. Next to get it built then tuned (taps adjusted lol).

Oh yeah lowered its mum.

Oh no ! No cruising for you for a while cause your cash is going into your bathroom reno !

And the same for me as a alloy Holden 6 Duggan head has popped up on for sale for my other project !

A bit of mould on the beams, but nothing worth replacing as it's not structural.

Next, to re-jig the piping to suit the new shower and all.

Btw, I'm not doing the reno this time. Paying a builder and now heading to the airport to use a bathroom/shower overseas for a week lol.

Also, you're free to help yourself to the beer fridge here and drink as much and as little as you want.

Here's a breakfast beer

And back to build thread, went off topic a bit.

Going full copper tray this time, no more leaks, no more cracked water proofing. This bathroom will outlive me!

Hmmmm . . . . beer and chicken . . .served on what looks like news paper !

Now that takes me back to my childhood with the old fish and chip shop serving the fish and chips wrapped in the Sydney Morning Herald. . . nothing tasted better . . . than news ink with your chips !

Free beer you say, next time I'm peering in your bathroom window I'll knock on the window, or you can just leave a beer on the window sill.

    • They are under bucket shims. Tomei provides a test shim kit and then any measurement of shim required.
    • I always wondered how you were supposed to buy a set of 24 buckets and somehow magically have every single one of them yield exactly the desired clearance. I would have thought you'd need to assemble a cam with either 12 "sample" or "example" buckets of known top thickness (or a single such sample/example 12 times over!!) measure clearances at every valve, and then do the usual math to work out what the actual "shimness" of each bucket needed to be, before buying the required buckets to make up he thicknesses that you didn't have on hand.
    • I now seem to be limited in power due to my rev limit/hydraulic lifters in my built RB25. I'm looking into converting over to Tomei solid lifters. Question for anyone that has done the conversion. I was always under the impression that when using the Tomei solid lifter conversion, you would also require new valves (Longer or shorter stems, I can't remember which).  I don't know where I got this idea, as so far I see no mention of this in any of the Tomei documentation. It just states I need the Tomei solid buckets, solid lifter cams and upgraded springs. As my head is already built, all I would need is another set of 1000$ Kelford cams, 500$ buckets and about 4H hours of my time installing and I'm off to the races!?!? There's no way it's that simple, I must be missing something?
