Blows black smoke RB25DET

Hey, just recently turned my car on, today to be exact and gave it a rev of 5,000 and then suddenly the revs dropped and can barely hold 600-700 without struggling or jerking. It is also blowing black smoke!

im new to this and have no idea, done some research but can’t seem to pin point it.

Disconnect the airflow meter, see how it runs.

that and go looking for air leaks in the induction system.

Found a few vacuum leaks, turbos leaking water and is living a sad life right now, radiator is gone and so is the 02 sensor and throttle sensor so it’s running rich asf

I'm hoping the engine was up to temperature before all this happened.
