As everyone seems overly sensitive, im genuinely interested as im running GTR injectors...not trying to poke holes in your results,  so...

What is the std rail pressure for an RB26, your RB25, and if you know an RB20? Im running std fuel regulator and like to keep it that way, but am running an 040 fule pump.

I using a Malpassi regulator at 45psi of base pressure.

I'm not sure who or what that comment is directed to, but if people post a claim then it would be foolish not to have to prove it.

There's too much b.s. on alot of internet forums, one thing I like about the Skyline forums is because it's full of (relatively) intelligent people there's a very little fact-to-bullshit ratio, and anything out of the ordinary usually gets flogged with a "put up or shut up" type mentality.

Don't think it's a bad thing, it helps keep the SAU forums honest.

Keyboard experts will need to backtrack when we prove Pauls car with a MPH figure from the track.

...enough of the swinging dicks already. , unless of course its a fun stab in anticipation of whats to come :)

So with 45psi base pressure, that test suggests the injectors are good for 485cc, GTS-t VSPEC, what duty cycle do you end up with? I know of someone that ran out of injector duty cycle with GTR injectors at around 270rwkws, when running std rail pressure on his RB25.

We have a lot of race winning cars and we are well knowen.

I'm Steve thomas from SST autos i sand by my results from 25years in the performance industory and dont hide behind forum names refusing to identify my self making claims that cant be checked up on like many forum experts.WASCC made all ppl posting have to identify them selves to stop bullshit and i think all forums should.

LOL, thats funny, because i dont stand by any of my dribble :jk:

At the end of the day if you disagree with the content of what is posted...then challenge the content of the post. Whats it matter what they do for a living or whether they openly identify themselves? :)

:werd: :)

I just wanna learn how shit is done. If anything I have said hase come across as aggresive disbelief, please - I didn't mean it like that - I just like to know who shit works.

Cause at the end of the day, I know what I have in my car - and I know what HP it makes - and if there is a better, cheaper, faster way to do shit - I wanna know about it :D

Peace fellow Skyliners :D

yeah damn I wish we had a group hug smiley in here.

there are some very knowledgable ppl discussing in this thread and it would be a shame if anyone stopped there input to the forums.

Of all things to disagree about surely power claims are the most futile. power means nothing on its own....

I haven't said anything in this thread for awhile, but I think it's about time I said it. What have the last 6 pages got to do with increasing the redline on an RB25? :)

Dont you start, trouble maker...you knew this was going to turn into a debate on, on , on... hag on , give me 10mins to go back and read over the last few pages. :)

    • Mixing things up - installed some leather recaros to match the leather seat covered rear seats. Interior looks pretty schmick now except for some slight wear on the steering wheel which I will monitor and address if it becomes worse or actually noticeable!

    • I'm normally copping my own abuse from neglecting my daily drivers. "Those suspension bushes will last a bit more", "Don't worry about the oil leak, just keep topping it up". The project cars I'm always doing things slowly on them as I'm wanting them to be done better, and neater, and nicer. Luckily I don't have to deal with 18 year old Matt's "Learning to wire" stuff in the project cars. And there's only one piece of wiring I'm displeased about in the Landcruiser, and it's about to be cut out... However, the box loads of parts that have been going through this place lately for the Landcruiser... Brake pads Brake Rotors Full handbrake overhaul Wheel Bearings Seals Swivel hubs Steering Boxes Half the suspension joints Shocks Air bags (Ones to go in the rear springs for towing) Water pump Timing kit Lower timing case Harmonic Balancer Radiator Lots of other little seals and shits Gas struts for the bonnet New power window switches And god knows what else I've forgotten... Ha ha ha I have my fingers crossed the pinion seals don't start leaking on the diffs, that the transfer case doesn't leak, and the gearbox input shaft doesn't leak, nor the rear main seal. As they're about the only seals I haven't replaced in the driveline! I'm seriously eyeing off buying new caliper rebuild kits front and rear brake calipers... I'll probably recheck all the valve clearances soon too, and hopefully, it should be all good and sweet to haul some long distance trips again!
    • Every time I pull my 3x gauges out of the console and see the crack-addict way that I did the wiring, and I just can't bring myself to tear it all apart and "make it nice", because it is currently working. In fact, the last time I was in there I probably made it worse.
