 to Kudos Motorsports.

Orderd a new Brake Master Cylinder last night. Received prior to lunchtime today. F#cking awesome.

I called Andrew at Kudos yesterday lunchtime and asked if he had one and if so to get it to me quickly. He rang me back in 5 and said yep got one and as soon as you cut an order I'll post o'night express. Expect Tuesday if you order at night.

So orderd last night and it was waiting for me when I got home :D

Cars going in this afternoon to get another pressure test.

Wish me luck!

The coolant just keeps disappearing and I cant find out where the hell its going.

Engine stays cool all day every day.

Still hearing the gurgling behind the dash even after trying the things the mechanic told me to.

Fingers crossed its a loose hose!

Checked for both of those thanks guys.

Had a long inspection in and around the floor and under the car.

Did a few short and long trips and checked for puddles after.

Nothing and no signs under the car of anything going wrong.

Car feels really weird to drive cold. (I am probably just paranoid as I have only ever driven an auto 323 lol)

Dont know if thats just normal as its cold.

By weird I mean changing gears isnt smooth as it kind of slugs into each gear.

idles around 1100 then drops to around 900

I dont know hey will just have to see what they say when it comes back.

Dropped it at Ultra Tune Fyshwick as they could get it in for a test today for $50

Lol sounds like it would have been an epic stack.

I'm 24 and my right knee is destroyed from my many rollerblading fails.

I guess us young guys aren't as bulletproof as we'd like to think hey haha

Guessing we need to drink more milk!

I got the car back just before.

Turns out there is a leak from the actual radiator

+ behind the engine right up against the firewall some small tap thing that is extremely hard to get to

They suggested getting the radiator reconditioned

But I think I might just purchase a 2nd hand one or even a brand new one.

haha yeah was pretty f**king funny....wasn't even getting big air though lol. I had my helmet cam ripped off its mount and buried in the snow......it wasn't filming at the timestupid.gif

We estimated the ditch my head dug into the snow (relatively untouched, definitely NOT powdery haha) was about 50cm long and 30cm deep. When I was able to get up and hobble the 50m to the next T-bar, I decided I'd lay on the snow for a while to not further strain whatever I'd just done to my back....lay there for about 30mins before I could stand up confused.gif

Guessing we need to drink more milk!

I drink about 1L per day hahahaha....I don't think I have a calcium deficiency :P

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
