I have my brand new digi cam corder Roy. Has a bullet cam as well for some different angles. Had already planned on whoring it around at Winton for anyone that wants it to try and get some good footage together for MAS.

Still waiting for the master cylinder to be rebuilt, before I can shoe horn it into the car...

So I'm not sure if I'll make it, only cause at those speeds, trying to stop with your dunlop volleys through the floor, your feet start to burn after a while....

I'm in. Getting RE55's tomorrow. Sent my form in yesterday. I'll bring my in car camera mount for people to use too.

Roy can you organise racebrakes to have everything sitting at the front counter and paid for? If so I can probably swing by and collect it.

Jarrod - I'm guessing as far as the SAU championship goes you are still in standard class? Your not running semi's or bigger turbs right?

Looking forwards to seeing the S4. Hopefully it has a bit more success than the B4 at the last round!

Not to spectate, competeing, but will be leaving around 5-530.

Andy, yeah no rubber, rb25 turbo. Not really bigger, well not much...

The s4 hasnt competed before, he's new aswell. So yeah, oh and if you could remeber to bring the membership forms for him and also cams forms for both of us that would be great. :)

Me, Me!!

Me, Me!!

Looks like I'm not gonna make it. Always like driving at the home track. Looks like I'm not gonna have the parts in time. Ah well. It gives me two months to get the car ready before the next championship round. Unless I can borrow a car......

Passenger Session WILL be on. But there is a self imposed ban on Snowman partaking in them. The threat of being charged is just not worth it - for a while at least.

Tom (and anyone else) there will be heaps of spots left. This will be a pretty small field - which is great as it means you will get a lot of track time.

Ok, paid for brake pads, faxed in entry, have to swap over to my olf Re540 fronts because of the flat spot from Sandown...and car looks to be easily enough sorted.

Fark by the time i go to Wakefield at the end of the month this is going to have been a $1400 month on track days:)

Awww I was looking forward to having a ride in the dragon ;) If you change your mind I'll still be up for a ride mate!!!

Geez Troy your pulling out all the stops to go to as many vic track days as you can before heading off into the sunset :P You going for Tonys (WRX) record for the most track days in a year or what??!!!

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
