No thank you all for kindness and helpfulness in accomadating me on the day

It was because of that, that made the day all that easier to cover and a pleasure to write about

You should be very proud of the club you have created. Because of that day I have now made some great friends and met lots of great people

PS ANDREW etc, At the club meeting next week would you like me to re show that slideshow of all the pics from the day ? With maybe some DECA pics thrown in ?

Hey Bass you can transfer that with internet banking... we just paid our outstanding $0.43 gas services bill hahaha

I just bought the magazine.... Great article and I think its great to see our pride and joy in a magazine... It also means good things for SAU aswell. Awesome job.

I just wish I could have been there with my old skyline.... Expect a comeback from me though within the next couple of weeks..... GTR STYLE!!

anyone else read the other thread on this in the general section? people are saying that SPEED magazine will be finished after this issue....?

anyone know if there is any truth to this before i go cry in a corner!?!

haha thats an awesome write up and great pics...

how come its not going to be anymore???? thats the only car mag i like buying... far more intersting than that other import shit like HPI

If you could bring some stuff to show on a slideshow to the next meeting that would be great. Chris is collating all the video from DECA - so it would be great to show the photos as well :)

PS: Golgo nice and prime on pg 16 too!

      It's almost certainly a reluctor generating an "AC" waveform. No, ECUs don't generally read those - they're usually set up for PWM square wave 0-5v stuff.

      Working through possible solutions of converting my mechanical speedo.    Anyone know what type of speedo sensor the factory r34 gtr getrag has ? what the output is ? I assume its not a VSS and more a voltage like earlier speedo sensors ? Can an ECU read it ?

      I can get more photos of it here soon and I plan to make a thread detailing the process. I received the car this way and it sorely needs refinishing. That is probably the most appealing photo of it. Up close it is fading, cracked, and needs to be re-glued. Depending on their condition I'm on the fence between refinishing or making a new set.  Another angle hiding the pimples and razor pumps

      According to this thread the RS4V with build plate RC40 comes with the R200 diff @ 4.083 ratio as well (mine has said RC40 denotation). We may need to check if the axle stubs are the same pattern as well. The auto subframes have longer axles. However I think yours being a later Series 2 as well, we should have the same bolt pattern for the diff stubs. Unless your upgraded rear also has upgraded axles. Either way, I would not be opposed to pulling the covers to check so I can inspect that  fancy rear core  Also I don't have HICAS. I don't believe that should change things but I hope the people here with heaps more experience than me can correct me if I'm wrong   Let me know if you want to attempt to make this work and I can get some pictures of mine from under the car.
