Hey guys, im about have a go at the fuel pump relay rewire mod. I just had a few basic beginner questions, ive had a search but couldnt find anything. 1. The blue wire is the active and the grey is the ground? Is this correct? 2. The blue wire has been cut and joined to purple wires going down towards the right of the back seats. Any idea why this would have been done or what its for? Thanks guys

R34 turbo neo bottom end for sale. This was bought off another forum member and i was going to use it in a rebuild because a tuner diagnosed my motor current motor as stuffed. Didnt end up using it because: 1. My motor was fine. Tuner said no comp however i tested comp myself multiple times after that and it was ok. 2. Tuner told me to buy r34 block to rebuild r33 motor. I bought the block not knowing 33 head wouldnt be compatible with the neo block. I assumed since he specialises in jap cars and skylines he would have known this. Obviously i should have done my homework to check this instead of just assuming he knew what he was talking about It is off an auto r34 turbo sedan that was completely stock. Looks to be in great condition. Unsure of the exact number of km to be honest but i was told it was under 100,000 and judging by the pistons and bores i would say its likely. Have paperwork with the bottom end. $550 negotiable

R33 21u stock turbo for sale, had approx 150,000km before taking out, run on 10psi max. Has a slight amount of front to back shaft play but rotates smoothly and the blades are undamaged. Was working perfectly when it was fitted 3 months ago. $200 negotiable

The turbosmart fpr 1200's are around $270 on ebay, on top of the price of the s15 injectors. So wouldnt it just be easier and similiar price to get nismo 550s?

Someone on the forum is selling nismo 550cc injectors for $500, not sure if sold or not though.

Cheers everyone Had a look at the suggestions and think i will either go for something like the re003s, hankook rs3s or nitto invos. Leaning towards the rs3s though, they are around 200 a tire from what i have seen.

Im in the market for 2 new 235/45 r17 tyres to replace the cheap chinese tyres on the fronts. Looking for the best quality tyres with good wet and dry performance, not too fussed about wear rating or pricing. I was thinking bridgestone re003s Any other suggestions?

How is your car hitting 13psi? I thought you had a 10psi r32 actuator?

To get more power at this stage you'd have to go bigger turbo, ecu, and other supporting mods which aren't exactly cheap, easy mods for power. You could do small things such as pod filter with heat shield, metal intake pipe mod (for better induction noise and turbo flutter), or install a catch can. All pretty easy mods which don't cost much.

Yeah he decided not to buy it, too much of a headache getting it roadworthy and wasnt willing to pay the price with roady provided

K-line racing wheels. Pretty lightweight and says its a forged wheel. Anyone heard of these rims or know anything about them?

I clayed the car and used the zaino Z-CS followed by carnauba wax the day after. The car came out pretty nicely, has a few swirl marks though which i didnt bother trying to buff. The zaino is easy to apply and i only used about 10 sprays for the whole car. Not the best pic, should have taken one with better lighting

Hi guys Firstly this is in Melbourne. I have a friend who is looking at buying a fairly modified r33 gtst s2 with around (supposedly) 280rwkw. The car is in excellent condition overall with no issues upon inspection. The car has the following mods: - fmic with hole cut - forward facing plenum - aftermarket low mount turbo - 3 inch exhaust (not too loud but may be over legal) - coilovers + more mods but these are the main ones. The main issue is the seller doesn't want provide a rwc with the sale and would want to increase the price by around $1000 to provide one. His reasoning is that he reckons he will have to return most of the car to stock and doesnt want to go through the hassle. Can a car with these mods get a roadworthy certificate, provided the car is clean, height is legal, no leaks, everything working as it should etc? And does the hole cut out for the intercooler piping mean the car will never be roadworthy? Thanks everyone
