Yep you can. Assuming you have factory HID stuff, the bulb change is the same as replacing a bulb on any car, get the right one and swap them in. The connector is industry standard I believe.

The Philips bulb is a bit yellow-er (probably 4200K) but they apparently colour shift as they get older. The output is no different but the spread is better (e.g. cutoff is cleaner).
Yeah I know the feeling, I lost the centre caps to my wheels, forgot about them at the tyre shop.

Contact Iron Chef if you're dead set on importing a turbo car (there are a few turbo imports on sale locally).
I don't recomment buying a turbo car as your first car. You're better off getting an N/A (R31 wooo) until you get a decent amount of mileage under you (i.e. experience). Plus it will be cheaper for you and you get more time to save for a better condition turbo car later on.
