  1. You realise this thread is from 2011?
  2. ACT has less drivers and better roads, so comparing the stats isn't really fair.
  3. Average death has fallen by about 10? Not bad, still too high. I wonder how many Excels or MIrages packed with kids got smashed.Power:weight limit is a lot better than a ban list lifted from Gran Turismo.
  4. They're both the same I believe. Buy the HCR32 one (first link), that way, if there are any issues, you can't be told you "bought the wrong item".
  5. Isn't smurfs blood bad for LSDs? Something about the friction properties?
  6. 114.3mm PCD 66.1mm hub 180SX came in 4 stud (S13) and 5 stud (S14), so that's the only thing different. If your car is turbo, 5 stud. N/A = 4 stud (unless it was converted to 5 stud). Not hard to figure out if your car/the wheels are 4 or 5 stud.
  7. Press power. Adjust 'volume'?
  8. I got some in a box somewhere. PM me
  9. Got pictures? Never mind, won't fit.
  10. Nah, you're not a fully sick flat capper swagfag. You actually care about how your car drives. I'm glad I decided it was a good idea not to go to these meets. Assumed they would be shit, haven't been proven wrong.
  11. This plus eleventy billion. On Monday I almost witnessed someone getting rear ended at the Henry Lawson/Milperra Rd intersection because of the light. The leading car could have easily coasted through doing 70 km/h, but of course the retard was doing 55 then slammed the brakes as soon as it switched from green. At least we can see them. I go through speed cameras pretty much at the speed limit (my speedo is only a couple of units quicker with the current tyre size so pretty easy to do) without issue. I don't see why others can't. Of course this is Sydney, where any retard is allowed to drive.
  12. Why is it so hard to post in the correct sub forum?
  13. Unfortunately, idiots and retards with enough money tarnish the badge that we love/worship. It's inevitable. What a fkwit, hope they catch him and throw him in the slammer.
  14. Cheaper, local support. Plenty of people use them without issue, and if there are issues, they are taken care of quickly. I run a set in my GT-R, no issues so far.
  15. Immobiliser. Checked the wiring at the battery?
  16. Elgrand or Stagea. Liberty/Forester are good as well. Just make sure they're the turbo version, the N/A versions aren't that awesome. I hear some Toyota Crowns are coming into Australia. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/320451-new-to-sevs-crown-sedan-and-wagon/
  17. You can always throw a cheapie HID kit and it will get you going/will keep you happy. Guessing you want something like this: http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=147 Doesn't have to be Bosch or Philips. I'm sure someone with R34 factory HID lights can tell you what ballasts it has.
  18. There's a link for ECU there, pull that out and the engine will shut off. Happened to me on my R31 and R32. Don't know about the newer cars. Yes you can pull the battery out, just remember where the alternator wire connects to.
  19. Not sure what you're after. For aftermarket cheap stuff, I use this: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/4300K-35w-Rapid-Start-Slim-Digital-HID-Kit-OEM-White-XE-Instant-On-Ballast-Fast-/400289514421 Works well. Choose the right bulb (D2R) You can get proper bulbs from here: http://www.powerbulbs.com/au/store/category/xenon-hid-bulbs-d2s-d2r-d1s-d1r/fitting/d2r
  20. Check the links at the battery terminal
  21. This thread is now about hotties. Emma Stone!
  22. What you need is:
  23. http://www.opel-australia.com.au/vehicles/opc/opc-models/insignia-opc.html#nav_tablay_item_c1_1 OPC (Opel) was introduced here recently. I.e. Opel Insignia OPC = Vaxhaull Insignia VXR. Would cost a heap load more here of course. E.g. http://www.carsales.com.au/demo/details/Opel-INSIGNIA-2012/AGC-AD-13809028/
