  1. My work (Ramsay Health Care) is looking for a reliable person for a helpdesk position. It's level 1/2 Windows support mainly. If you know computers you'll be fine. Location: St Leonards, short work from station PM me if you're interested.
  2. Does it really matter how many kilometers it really has done? It's a used car, with an aftermarket cluster from Japan. It may have done 5,000km more or 50,000km more than what the current cluster states. The main thing you should be looking at is the condition of the car. The owner has obviously spent a large sum of money having it built so it runs properly. I'm sure it's realiable as well. Good luck with the sale, wish I had the money for it. I would get this over a new Infiniti.
  3. I'm bumping this thread because it's relevant. Since my last post, the 'HICAS' problem came back and I pretty much learned to live with it for almost a year. Yesterday I bought a fat earth cable and replaced the negative terminal. The HICAS problem hasn't occurred since I did the replacement. The radio antenna works now as well (I used to get terrible reception). The clock even works now! If you own an R32, get at least a fat cable going from negative terminal to body. I bought one for $20 from Pep's store with a terminal attached to it.
  4. Your engine and gearbox mounts might be worn causing the engine to move more
  5. Exactly! Stolen from Artarmon WTH. Hope it get's found and is okay
  6. Sorry mate, I already have another Skyline so looking to sell. Been busy so will take pictures once I've had time cleaning it up. Just imagine a stocker GT-R.
  7. Actually I think the JDM indicators on the front guards are a compliance thing, because my GT-R doesn't have indicators on the guards.
  8. Make/Model: Nissan Skyline GT-R Year: 1990 Kilometers: 144,XXX Transmission type: 5 speed manual Engine: RB26DETT Colour: Gunmetal Grey Modifications: 5Zigen 3.5" catback exhaust, unknown front pipe and cat, Ohlins/Eibach suspension, R34 GT-R wheels Roadworthy Certificate: N/A Registered: March 2013 Accident History: Small front ender, bumper was repaired, reo was replaced because I found one with the N1 vent cutouts Asking Price: $15,000 Location: Liverpool, NSW Contact Details: PM me Other Comments: Debts/I drive it too much, it has become way to uneconomical for me now. Bad points: Fade on driver's side rear guard (came with the car). Front lip has scrapings due to contact with road (car was lower before). HICAS 'kicks' randomly, haven't had time to chase it down. Would rather cancel the HICAS but no time/money these days for lock bar kit. Aircon compressor died. I have a replacement compressor but haven't had time to swap it yet. It used to work when I got the car, heater works fine. All power switches works. There are some dents where the jacking points are. I'm guessing this is due to those big chunky jacks being used t to lift the car. Apart from that, goes hard Never been hassled by the police. Exhaust is relatively quiet. Drives pretty good, although I will get a wheel alignment done again to fix up the toe (I raised the front a tad) nothing major. Serviced every 5,000km with Penrite SIN oil (5 in summer, 0 in winter)+ filter (usually Ryco). Has JVC bluetooth head unit, 4x6 soundstream speakers up front, some random Kenwood speakers at the back, Kenwood amp and Pioneer sub with separate amp. I'm happy to remove HU+sub. I also have a some spares (TEIN suspension very good condition, turns great but too harsh for me on Sydney's shit roads, 3" catback which is louder/less restrictive). I will get some more pictures later on in the week.
  9. Just spotted a silver R35 at Chatswood near Westfields carpark
  10. Spotted a maroon R32 GT-R pulling into Caltex on Smithfield Rd. Looked clean and original.
  11. Replace fuel filter. Check the temp sensor plug http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/87460-hi-i-need-help-on-where-the-water-temp-sensor-rb25/page__view__findpost__p__1578970 #1 in the pic
  12. Tyres - if it's a daily driver, try looking at something like Kumho KU31. I have them on my car and I think they're great for what you pay. I like my cars to corner in the wet volt gauge - just pull it out and replace the bulb, a Philips head screwdriver and some patience is all you need. Thrust bearing - gearbox out, lots of labour, $600+? Climate control - there's a thread on this forum that explains how to fix it, sorry I can't remember where it is atm. My two cents Great buy
  13. Spotted R35 white one getting onto Victoria Rd about 15mins ago.
  14. I went from 180 to 260 Nismo one, have to get used to the different positioning of speeds but apart from that, they run fine.
  15. Yep Skyline Spares in Wetherill Park, guy is good to deal with. Last time I was there he had two RB25s
