  1. I'd say she means an EPA or defect station
  2. Actually I was
  3. Why would I be doing anything with a lawyer? I was just wishing you luck
  4. I think you may find its a case of buyer beware, but good luck in your search
  5. Are you saying you need to report the user about something you purchased 3 years ago?
  6. latest photo of mine
  7. I already said I'm not continuing with this, given my opinion to the OP that's it, leaving it at that Ps. I can already see the restriction in the ces dump pipe pictured
  8. Basically I'm not going to argue with you, but in closing I will say this to the original poster. I would never recommend a split dump as I have seen on my car and two other cars that bell mouth dumps do a better job
  9. Look all I'm asking for legitimate proof of how great your dump pipe is, because I have 3 cars that have proved split dumps are not as good as bell mouth(not including all the xr6t boys who take them off and go to bell mouth design) But another thing to add your your 1.06 argument is I have a mate with a momo steering wheel that has done sub 1 min around Wakefield and he thinks it feels great, does that make the momo a more cost effective mod then your dump pipe?
  10. So the answer to my question is no, A dump pipe won't make you run a 1.06 around Wakefield, it's take a lot more parts then that and most of them aren't even engine related And you have an option of a guy who said it looks pretty, has he done back to back testing on a car with dyno sheets?
  11. probably not, it's the flange face of the split dump pipe that causes all if the turbulence
  12. do you have back to back proof on your own car or did you read the website?
  13. Splits tend to cause a lot more turbulence in the face of the dump area and actually make boost come on later We have proved this with 3 gtrs all running hks dumps on 3 different turbos, once we swapped over to bell mouth dumps on all 3 cars, they came alive
  14. ^^this is exactly what I was thinking^^
  15. I'm happy to send my $10, even happy to organize a cruise and have everyone donate $10 each to go towards the project, but!! If the project doesn't go ahead what happens to said $10
  16. The scene has changed a lot in 15 years and if you don't move with the times then you will no longer exist
  17. Both me and Paul (piggaz) have already been thru this very recently
  18. then a new problem arises! That is when you get the seat pressure right the spring binds at lift
  19. But to answer your actual question, raised comp in an rb26 is always going to be a good thing
  20. The jap springs are designed for a head with factory height valve seats, once you cut the seats it's moves them up in the head, which moves the valve up and the retainer with it and that lowers the spring tension at rest which is what causes float. Also put some boost over the top of the valve and the problem becomes even worse
  21. Maybe an apology to the bloke for calling him a cock might be in order
  22. Actually the problem isn't the valve spring usually, it's the way the machine shop cuts the valve seats and sets the clearances
  23. Wouldn't that be keir Wilson's old car?
  24. The bnr34 is a Gtr
  25. Well after a 10 second google search it showed this http://www.cybermotorsports.com.au/
