  1. On a serious note. If i was in the jungle and happened to fart but then ran away at the speed at which superman was flying at the end of superman 1 when he makes the world spin backwards so i dont actually hear it or feel it. Did i fart?
  2. Yeah my 18's 100% did NOT have any Rays stamping, and have never heard that they were Rays. There was 350Z 18's by Rays which fit the V35's but the G/V35 18's were not Rays. I just sold a set of mine for under $1k with tyres. Regardless of how much they cost new, they are not an overly flash wheel that people are willing to pay big money for. They are not anything especially light either. When you can get 18' TE37 for around $3k you'd struggle to sell stock V35 wheels for that much. I did a search when i was selling mine to see where to price them at, and struggled to find a set which sold for much over $1k. (V35 or 350Z stock wheels)
  3. Ahhhh, the joys of being young. Take it from someone who has been married for ever ( a few years). NOTHING you do will be enough. NOTHING! The quicker you learn that the better off you will be. On a serious note, the price of the gift has a direct correlation to the amount of time spent bumping ugly's later that night.
  4. Good Stuff Alan, Very nice read
  5. This is the one I'll eventually be getting. No where to put it at the moment. My cousin makes them and has offered me one for free :-) Can get some good deals if anyone is interested. (Mods delete if inapropriate)
  6. Williams testing this years car with 2009 spec rear wing. Interesting.
  7. This was a few years back, but found the quote i got from the Jesse for the C210 flares. Just a quick breakdown, but obviously things would have changed. part 31500 bank fee to pay seller 500 ship to me ~1000 commission 3000 ship to you via EMS ~8200(guessing 5kg packed) total : 44,200yen or ~$490 AUD
  8. Thanks Johno, have already grabbed those :-)
  9. C'mon Michele, With you there doesn't matter what times we do, we can just point and say, she's with us.
  10. Thanks Dunc, I'll send them off tomorrow then. Hopefully as it's a reprint and not a new, they'll just send out a new passbook. Cheers oh, and Woo Hoo!!!!
  11. thanks buddy. I'll call em tomorrow to send a replacement out. Hopefully I can get the number over the phone.
  12. God damn, been looking for my CAMS license for a few days now and nothing. I'm gonna email them tomorrow to get a new book. If anyone's got their L2S handy, does this look like the license number so i can get the forms off tomorrow - ARTRX417966
  13. Thanks Lee, Let me know how you go. I've got one set lined up with a bit of tread.
  14. Hey mate, Check out this place. They definitely have them, however not too cheap. A few years back when i was looking into it, I was getting help from a guy called Jesse (streeter on these forums) who lives in Japan and organised parts back to Aus. http://www.kameariengineworks.co.jp/CONTENTS.htm This page for an example. No C210 flares pictured, but pretty sure they had them back then. http://www.kameariengineworks.co.jp/catalogue-P50.pdf
  15. Looks identical to the Legalis R I had on mine.
  16. Hey guys looking for stock brake pads for front Brembo's 33GTR. I've got track pads on atm, and am doing a hill climb, so no time to get them up to temp. Don't have to have a lot of meat on the pads either. Cheers Bobby
  17. Sorry dude, you did the crashing you do the fixing. End of story. I can't for the life of me think why someone would suggest that he goes half. If he's a good mate, he would let you fix it with maybe a bit of time, or he gets it done and you pay him back. The WHOLE amount. If he's a bad mate, he goes to his insurance who fix his car and then chase you for the cash.
  18. Sure can. They do a "Balanced Compression Test" i think as part of the package, which just says yep compression is fine, or no it isn't. For my GTR I got them to do an individual test on each cylinder and to provide the readings. Bit extra, but they will do it. You can also ask them to check anything you like, short of disasembling the car/engine to do so. Have used them twice, and am yet to pick up something on a car that they didn't.
  19. Hey Fox, I'm happy to pass on contacts, but have sold the V35, so won't be looking into this. It actually died off a while ago. Also with the Aus $ being where it is, you ever need to be crazy or cashed up to even consider importing from the US. (which is what i was going to do) As a guide, at the time I was looking at $650US delivery which can fit a fair few front bars, skirts etc, and around $400US for a decent front bar. Check out the Traders section in the for sale section, I know at least 1 place is now doing replicas here in Aus. Not sure of the quality but have a chat to them about it. The guy I was speaking to in the US, guarantees 100% fitment on ALL products.
  20. Thanks Dave, I've currently got M's Pods on, which include the hard pipes from the AFM's. Does the above include everything I will need to get the stock set up back on? Any exhausts?
  21. Yeah I was, But i think I'm doing Bathurst that weekend. I'll get him a form this week, as will probably see him Thurs/Fri
  22. Doof, I was speaking with Steve-o about a mate who was interested a while ago. Spoke to him today and unfortunately he has done a crank bearing, after only 1000k's. He's doing it all again and should be ready by then, but he won't run it on the dyno. Not confident it will be tuned in time. Interested? The car is completely rebuilt/trimmed down to pretty much every rubber, with 450kw motor, big single.
  23. Hi Damien Welcome to SAU. Please do a search, this has been discussed many many times. You have also posted in the wrong section. Cheers Bobby
  24. last one i saw was in the UK, I think complete engine upwards of 10000 pounds. But that was a few months ago.
