  1. mad, I just crank in 150nm and car hasn't blown an oil pump yet after countless track days
  2. another workaround (if you don't know what the deadtimes are), set roughly what you think the dead times are.. set your VE on your fuel map to 80 or so then adjust the deadtimes till your AFRs are stoich.
  3. will throw in a free 120x60cm coffee table.. needs a light sand a lick of paint to be awesome again
  4. Show us videos and dyno charts of it going hard.
  5. You'll he surprised how fast it hits 100. The more head room you have the better, I find that now I've swapped to a lower temp thermostat and adjusted my temp tables to suit (65 degrees is when all my fuel compensations are disabled) I'm able to do more hot laps at Wakefield before it gets a little too hot.
  6. Wow interesting, I run a 67 degree Tridon "high flow" thermostat and she runs about 72 to 75 normal operating temp. Time for no thermostat, since track car right? Lol
  7. JDMST end of month meet at Eastern Creek Raceway. Posers and stancer meet, someone tried to cut sick and crack his gate.. clearly cracked the wrong gate LOL
  8. LOL yes, new ECU will give you extra power. Borrow injectors?
  9. Better to get a fan controller and have the fan run at half or 2/3 full speed when the A/C is triggered, then when the water temp goes past x amount, kick off the fan in full speed. He has 1x massive SPAL fan, which is more than sufficient. Running an OEM front overheat fan then with a massive high flowing Spal fan behind sucking air is kind of counter intuitive
  10. I don't think oil will cause nuts to loosen.. if that were the case I better re-check all ARP head studs, because I used ARP lube to fasten up the nuts.
  11. did you ever look at something like this? https://www.efihardware.com/products/316/fuel-regulator-adapter-to-18-BSP-Nissan then get the right male/male fitting
  12. big atmospheric BOV is a must, whoooshhh +10 street credits at EOMM, just don't crash into the gates.
  13. and compression test results
  14. I'll be nice, since it's Chinese New Year. My recommendation is a LSX motor.
  15. It destroys your bank account and relationships, potentially a divorce too.
  16. Unless BW EFR, however if money were no issue (given you have drug money for an EFR) why buy a No Frills manifold?
  17. potentially could be your problem there.
  18. They're only great for people running stock boost and when compared to blown 20 year old OEM coil packs. As soon as you up the boost they misfire, as soon as you try to increase the dwell a little to combat the misfire they die. Funny enough well known tuners are even saying to stay away. I won't mention names, but a basic search will show.
  19. Facts, had Yellow Jacks, destroyed 2x coils in 6 months, Yellow Jackets misfired at 1.3bar, sold Yellow Jacks at a massive loss, bought Splitfire coilpacks and somehow has lasted over 2 years even with the dwell increased and runs 1.6bar all day without a single miss. Ask any tuna, any real tuna. OEM or Splitfire or LS
