  1. good luck getting 450nm on the RB26 bolt without a tension wrench designed to do wheel studs up on a Euclid 170T dump truck. I do them 150nm then get a pipe over it for another 1/4 of a turn....never had one come loose.

  9. buy a Vi-PEC and solve all your problems...it has launch control, anti-lag, flatshift, launch control and data logging. not much dearer than a D-jetro....but so much better. Better return to idle, faster processor laptop tuneable and software and full product support available. dealers in Europe too

  12. Yes i feel like every engine that leaves my workshop is one of my babies...i like to keep in contact with the owners and monitor their progress....so yes it was like a death in the family. Dave is one of the nicest genuine fella's your ever likely to meet, so i dont mind going out of my way to help out a guy i now regard as a mate. The engine was running like a dream making good power and had excellent oil pressure...it was just a shame an external component thats so vital to keep the engine alive let go. Ive never lost a belt/pulley/stud in any of my own or customer engines in the past when correct procedure is followed.

  18. what a load of dribble....my daughter just flew direct to Osaka out of Sydney...the plane was a quite new Airbus A330...not a DC-10 as you have suggested...took on almost 25kg of luggage at no surcharge...left on Sunday at 11.30am and the total cost was just over $1000 return. not everyone can afford to jet to Japan on a whim and fly business class as you do Richard
  19. I have a Blitz DSBC here for $300 plus freight if your interested. Its dual solinoid and in my opinion the best there is....reason for selling...Dave upgraded to one of those silly Blitz I-colour gizzmo's for his car.
