  1. Yeah, but eManage + Nismo or G-Zone ecu = Now all you need is an ECU remapped with the restriction removed (yes, I am still working on that!)
  2. Looks nice Dale What offset are they? 18 x 8 (?) x ?? And are you using any spacers?
  3. There isn't a part number as such, they are both a re-flash service for your stock ECU. Unfortunately it would seem that Nismo do not remap ECUs unless they have the car there. Mine's, Impul, G-Zone, KS will all remap your stock ECU without your car. Let me know if he has any luck as I have a spare stock ECU sitting in a warehouse in Japan if needed.
  4. ^ Yep, Northshore Prestige for my M35. A pleasure to do business with (have organised 3 other cars through Ben as well - all for friends here in Vic).
  5. 1. is the easiest 2. will leave some skin on the car 3. well, you have to take the front bar & grill off to get the lights off
  6. Alright, so I will be selling my spacer kit for Vic owners which will include install if you are willing to make the trip to my place Kit includes; 1x 19mm thick Phenolic Spacer (can paint sides to blend in with engine - although I am still testing this for paint durability) 1x Nissan Gasket 1x Extended Bolt Set 1x Bracket set Those that are interested or have further questions, feel free to ask! EDIT: I only have 5 of these spacers available.
  7. Isn't that one of the signs that your CD player is stuffing up? I may be wrong as I have an RS which doesn't have the integrated stereo. They can be fixed, so maybe give Chris Rogers a PM?
  8. Try Jesse Streeter then for light stuff. Still costs a bit shipping from Japan, but Jesse can be a bit lighter on shipping and commission. If you do need something overly bulky/heavy, Import Monster are definitely the way to go.
  9. If you have the round cover on the rear of your headlights screwed on correctly, no chance water will get in. For M35's - D2R Xenon H4 Highbeam T10 parker/indicator You may gate away with just replacing the bulb, just make sure that it is the same as the one already in there (factory are 4300k).
  10. Hahaha, I told you it was a case of just ticking that box!
  11. Why not look for VQ30det rods from the US? Same stroke as the VQ25
  12. Free bump but I gotta ask, how the hell is this not sold? Guys are willing to pay $400+ for a dump pipe and then need to buy a front pipe/cat and cat-back... so factory in anywhere from an additional $1500-2200 Here is a FULL 3" turbo back exhaust (dump, frontpipe/cat & cat-back) which bolts straight up and includes an HKS muffler for a neg $1000...
  13. Dale, I have sent you a PM with Sydneykid's phone number (if still relevant). He did sell the business but can still make up the sway bars as of a conversation we had earlier this year.
  14. Into an S15? Would this + built engine (and drivetrain) make for a nice ride? I think so.
  15. It would appear so VQ35 cam, crank & rods in the VQ25det... among others
  16. lol, try Googling "VQ30det performance parts". You should find some decent items including your beloved Pauter rods Bore = 95.5 mm Stroke = 81.4 mm
  17. Couldn't agree more (cost effective & as close to bolt on as possible) Which is why I am working on getting as much info on this 3.6L stroker kit (also raises compression slightly) VQ25 head on a VQ30? Nice thought (sort like an RB30det), but bolt on? VQ30det - Bore = 93mm, Stroke 73.3mm VQ25det - Bore = 85mm, Stroke = 73.3mm
  18. Brake fluid - stock = dot 3 but dot 4 wouldn't hurt Differential oils - stick to a grade 4 synthetic such as Mobil 1 or preferably a grade 5 such as Redline, Motul 300v of Gulf Western Sougi S6000 (odds of you coming by the Sougi are very low indeed) AT fluid - Nissan Matic J or Matic S ONLY. If you want to go aftermarket, you can use Nulon 100% synthetic transmission fluid DO NOT use a Dextron III fluid, it will destroy your clutch packs faster than you can change the oil! Power Steering Fluid / ATTESSA - stock = Nissan Matic D. You can go with the Nulon again here, but I think that Matic D is basically a Dextron III oil. Transfer Case fluid - same as transmission
  19. Don't bother swapping the engine mate, you have heard it from me before and I will say it again, stroke the VQ25 using the TEPS 3.6L kit and then up the compression Will be an easier and quicker build than a VQ35 and probably more reliable too. VQ30det? Nah, stick with the 2.5L "treasured" engine. EDIT: on second thoughts, you could always buy a cheap, used VQ35de and sell the VQ25 to a certain local who wants to stroke it to 3.6L .... Yeah, definitely go the VQ35 lol Also, check your inbox for a couple of options if you want to go the VQ35
  20. ... and a sleepy driver Remember though that the Yanks (north of the border) have stuff-all in the way of eManage tuners... much like we have no Fcon tuners down here. If there were "local" tuners for both, I would take the Fcon over the eManage ultimate... IF the budget permitted lol
  21. Different pads. Nissan part number for M35 front pads is AY040-NS106 Nissan part number for C34 front pads is AY040-NS032
  22. The Nismo, Impul, Mine's, G-Zone, KS etc ECUs are all re-maps of a standard ECU. I would not think they would be re-tunable here unless you had an acceptable "reader". Perhaps if one was taken apart...
