Haha, not that I disagree with you regarding Amsoil oil and filters (have used both in the past), but you used Magnatec, then took your car to an Amsoil dealer who recommended their product (shock!), it was better than Magnatec (even greater shock!!) and you come in here to call others in this thread "muppets that don't have a clue". Please. Whilst Amsoil are a good oil, perhaps you need to do some research for yourself instead of just believing the first lubrication professional you speak to outside of Autobarn/Supercheap/Repco.

70,000 is a minor service so of the top of my head; Oil, oil filter, Trans fluid (probably hasn't ever been done if you haven't done it yet), check your other fluid levels (replace if necessary) and for general wear and tear that could be an issue. Maybe bleed your brakes and put in some fresh DOT 4 fluid if they have not been done to your knowledge. Check power steering fluid for colour (shouldn't be black) and change if necessary. Coolant, diff, ATTESSA etc should be changed around 90,000 I do feel that I am missing something though....

Scott removes NM35 turbo's without a hoist or removing the engine quite often. You won't be able to remove the turbo and manifold as one. The turbo will need to come out, then the manifold

Hi guys, Putting my V-pro up for sale (obviously). It is in near perfect condition (very minor surface scratches) and works perfectly. Comes with communication cable, usb adaptor, bracket and English tuning software Have advertised it in the "For Sale" section at $1450 shipped for the lot, but would love to see it put to use on an NM35 with Craig's harness (yep, plug and play!!) so will go a little cheaper for a Stagea owner. Still has the tune I was running on it. Will post pics of the bracket and cables if required (don't have any on my work PC).

There are heaps of threads about "fixing" the CD error, have a search in here or in the V35 section. For an iPod connection to the OEM head unit, the USA Spec PA15-NIS is what you'd be after for simple plug and play (although you will need to get behind the headunit) http://usaspec.com/product.php?ProductID=30&forceShowProduct=1

Oh, and the Sougi S6000 is long gone, but I hear a replacement (X-6000 or something) is just becoming available? Whilst I tried them on my VQ25det, I went through just about everything and felt that 10w40 was the best feeling... and I think I'll leave it there (re: Commsman's comment about oil discussion in the Stagea section )

Lvl 37 and as a magic user have no weapon, but running around with enchanted heavy "Legendary" Dragon armour so can take a fit or two now

Spoke to current owner over the Christmas break. He is repairing it to sell. Funny thing though, he didn't see the kms on the clock and has ordered replacement parts from the VIN, so it ain't gonna have it's pretty face on when he is done. He was also told by his parts guy that there is no difference between a 2006 Stagea and a 2002 Stagea... Such a shame when something you pour your heart into ends up with someone with no knowledge, isn't interested in researching (or taking advice) and only views it as a "money making venture".

I used my Stagea (VQ25det) for my daily for over 4 years & 150,000kms. Can't fault the VQ25det, very reliable and can put out a heap of power quite easily without sacrificing reliability. This is what you should be thinking about first and foremost IMO
