  1. that's pretty good. it was too obvious for me, I was looking for something far more obscure.
  2. they already have. I raced the mines GTR on the freeway back in the first week of december and they weren't held up by no 180km limiter. they already have their VX rom and I assume the very first thing they did was remove the speed cut. other tuners I'm sure by now have their own ecus, or eproms to remove it too.

  4. well I usually rock on with my cock on, so I thought a change was in order dmac, yes will be making another trip sometime mid year. not sure when exactly yet, I can be a tad last minute with the whole planning thing. will certainly be back in november 08 too. so come on guys, what's in the number plate? is this like one of those magic eye pictures? do I have to squint to see it?
  5. just remember spewie, if you spew in the RSL you can never come back...
  6. nice work K-man. Car looks awesome in Dark metal grey. on of my favourite colours for the 35. well any GTR really.

lol. and in the end they apparently decided not to chose just one!
  10. dude, that is copyrighted material. you can't photo copy it and flog it on here. don't do it again.
  11. I don't care if your herpes are flaring up again fag man. just be there.
  12. nice work I know how it goes. you have been to daikoku a couple of times before I guess. drifting should be awesome as always. take your warm coat and don't dare call me as I may then have to upgrade phones again after smashing mine on the ground!
  13. well apparently lots of people are saying no. last time was practically a 1 on 1 date with me and fatz. need some fresh meat to space out the rounds. I have having to get up every 5 mins.
  14. oh, and what happened to nick?
  15. nice work mate! that is awesome you got to have a steer. well done driving in tokyo is cool enough as it is, but driving in a new 35 is about as good as it gets at the moment. trying not to turn too green. ok, failed.
  16. really? d'oh. I was there in 2007 though so it can't have been closed before that. unless I dreamed it? bummer. I liked that place.
  17. ask mr beveridge if he is worried by flying wheel parts. wait a minute, you can't. he got killed by a flying wheel.
  18. turn left old son.
  19. better ask the place that's testing them that one mate.
  20. d'oh! well rest up. and definitely get to vanilla. it's pretty good thursday and of course weekends. feria is awesome too, but lots more foreigners than nihon-jin there. if you need directions give me a call and I'll get yumiko or someone to hook you guys up.

yeah they always sell fake japanese plates at TAS and nismo festival etc. you can get ones with R32, or RB26 or GTR etc on them. they are not cheap though, I think around 5,000 JPY each from memory.
  23. that is not true. motor bikes are subject to different emissions law. as do busses. as for NZ testing? that has no relevance for you mate if you live in sydney so don't worry about it.
  24. I don't think it's theirs. Jspec just list other peoples cars. it's probably at auction or at a dealer, or maybe a yahoo car. but I'd be pretty certain they don't actually own it. just they will buy it for you if you want it.
  25. no not in other words compliance. i meant exactly what I said. personal imports do not require any compliance. I have imported cars via 5 different methods (old LVIS, SEVS, 15yo, pre 1989 build and personal import scheme) and I have been involved with race use import too. so that's 6 different ways. I just last month did a personal import. read up on it. the process is exactly as I posted and no it does not have to be on the SEVS list. and not not any GTR brough in requires SEVS approval or crash testing as long as it's imported as either a race use only car, or a personal import. As I have already state over and over in this thread. why doesn't anyone believe me? so many experts here I'm getting tired of repeating my self.
