  2. Different part, what they were talking about is the factory ceramic rear wheel, they can break off and end up in your cat, I personally have never seen one go into a motor

Yeah 11.13 @ 123mph, I've had my 32 since 2002 and have done a few hundred passes plus a few hundred laps of various circuits, so I have learnt how to get the best out of that car 160rwkw for a stocker is very good, front pipes, cat and cat back plus a good tune should see you over 220, the dump pipes are a big job to change ( took me 10hrs go change turbos ) and best done when the motor is out or while changing turbos, I spun a big end at Wakefield and put the dumps on while changing the motor

Yes from full stock, IF, you do full exhaust with tune and cam gears and 1 bar boost My car had 140rwkw @ 12psi ( stock boost ) when I first brought it and I now have 261rwkw @ 15psi and 293rwkw @ 19psi Power mods on my car are CES factory dump pipes and front pipe MetalCat metallic cat convertor HKS catback I have pod filter with Z32 AFMs, but the stock box is fine at these levels Cam gears Boost controller Apexi Power FC I still have the stock ceramic turbos and untouched manifolds

Hopefully Mr Lith or Disco stick their noses in here they will have a better idea of turbos to use
  7. I don't know the bolt pattern of the T78 of hand but anything in the PT range is good, probably a PT6262 will get you where you want to be Or even one of the HTA turbos

If you do the exhaust I first discribed with 1bar of boost ( 3 psi over stock, which is what you get if you pull the restrictor out ) and a good tune you should be around the 240-250rwkw range, so a gain of close to 100rwkw, if you are going to go that way do cam gears also, I have a few different settings for the cam gears on stock cams depending on what kind of power delivery your after On 1 bar on a stock motor my 32 make 261rwkw Doing the dump pipes on any GTR is a turbos off job, big job, and I would recommend at that point you install -9s while its apart with 600-1000cc injectors and make getting it tuned worth while Have you pulled the restrictor yet ?

On a healthy stock 32, yeah pretty much, but not so much on 33-34s, those figures are from dyno testing done when designing those systems As for gains depends on how bad the system you have is, if full stock with 20+ years of crap build up you could pick up a fair bit, but the biggest gains are dump-front-cat, then the rest depends on power level, the more power the bigger it needs to be I designed my system to support 500awkws+ so overkill for most
  10. Since you already have the car setup with a single why not just find a better/smaller single that bolts into where your current one is that will give you the power/response you are after
  11. I have the one that bolts to the girdle, if you think buying it is dear wait till you get the machining bill !! The other style is plenty good enough, I'd recommend you get the one from RIPS with their sump extention

I have Falken RT615s on My 34 rims and hate them very very much, horrible tyre, I have AD08s in 265/35/18 on my 32 and love them, I have just put RS-3 in 275/35/19 on my 34 and am yet to see how they go, picked up a set of Z221s this mourning in 265/35/18 and have run out of rims Didn't want to read the Z221s go off so quick, bugger

  21. I'm calling dibs, just waiting on pics of discs Their a 355 disc against 324, I'd say a decent weight difference which isn't a concern for me with the 3ltr I have some 355 DBA 5000 series two piece discs here for a 370z and they are fairly heavy compared to the stock 34 discs

Depends on meterial used, I use these guys as its not worth custom on dump pipes and these spent the time designing and testing to make sue they work, I have both normal replacement style and the competition series, pay the money and get the comp ones, I recommend the black ceramic coated, bottom right http://www.cesracing.com.au/products_2.htm Then a good cat $250-$300 and catback $750-2000, again depending on meterial, mild steel coated is what I use as it is quieter an stainless I got a custom system from Windsor exhaust custom made from the dump pipes consisting of twin 3" to twin 3" cats with 5" bodies then twin 3" trough to a single 4" center muffler then 4" out to a custom HKS 4" connon I made and the cost $1250 fitted
