  1. Sooo...... How bout that weather.......
  2. Yeah not so sure about that. I think in gt4 they used to get dirty but I've noticed that they never really stay dirty in gt5
  3. Wise words. Yeah I know it will take time, in the mean time I like seeing everyones photos and getting ideas from them
  4. Just to confirm, for anyone that hasnt read on the website FC-Hako works on 64-bit versions of Windows 7 now.... Cant speak for the other 64-bit version but assume they will be fine as well
  5. Haha yeah, The last photos I did I had a good idea for a photo but it was just bad execution. Lesson learnt but every time I go out I get slightly better. Will have another go this weekend I think.
  6. Very nice. Damn I wish I could think of nicer places to take photos, I'm limited in the small city i live in haha. Some nice locations and photos in this thread
  7. Meh, I wasnt after quality, It was only to free up some room in my boot. I dont pump bass really loudly, just have it setup for decent sound Just threw it out there
  8. 2 Different size turbos in that configuration would make the thing drive really awful. Either use same size turbo for each lot of 3 cylinders or use 2 different size turbos in series/sequential etc. But with those turbos I dont think your going to gain much/anything from a series/sequential setup. 4.2L Diesel is going to be inefficent with those turbos anyway. Do it properly or you will be disapointed you wasted your money
  9. 2 nights works for me
  10. I got mine from seductive.sounds on ebay. There pretty good quality and mine fits really well. Seductive.Sounds Ebay Link The R32 sub is not listed on there but the R33 one wasnt listed and I just messaged him and he said that he could make it, Think he has alot of unlisted boxes he can make, might be worth a try anyway... Shipping on it wasnt that expensive
  11. Ah ok, Maybe thats my problem Last time I took car shots at night they had alot of noise and I realised afterwards I had my ISO right up (whoops). So the photos looked alright on the little camera screen but as soon as they went on a laptop there was far to much noise in them. Beginner mistake, something I should have relised but oh well... I Think thats why I was overcompansating with the lowest ISO I could use and adjusting the apature right down So I wouldnt have to drop the shutter speed (If I'm further off doing the right thing then I relise here I'm happy to take some constructive critisism, ISO was at about 400, Apature at 1.8 and shutter speed was between 1/20 and 1/40 or around abouts. Like I said but I overcompansated with the ISO cause of last time) Ill put another 2 photos from the night up. The Lighting in the Skyline one isnt right, but Its a bit better focused. The one of the monaro I think suffers from the same issues as the above photos but not as bad (now that you guys bought it to my attention lol...) Like I said I'm open to critisism, I dont mind these photos but I know there a long long way from alot of you guys in here. But I'm willing to learn and try out different shooting methods. I like to think I'm slowly improving lol Thanks P.S. That first photo of my car where you said the wheels are facing the wrong way..... I was parked Illegally in the middle of a road so just ran out to grab a photo before anyone came haha. Should have thought about the angle of the wheels in alot of these photos but I was being pretty lazy on the night
  12. I always shoot in full manual First time shooting at night with my prime lense. Had some issues with focus but these two seemed ok. Might be how they are resized like you said. The lense is pretty sensitive to what is in and out of focus but so I may have been just a bit off
  13. It was ok lol. Just liked the others better
  14. Took some photos of mine and another members car last night Minimal editing in these two, They turned out not to bad. Still sussing out photoshop, slowly working it out
  15. much better then the last ones but still not 100% Pretty happy with them but Wish mine werent all blurred, still not sure what the go with that was :S
  16. Yeah I cant see how they can sell it with a special remap that disappears if you init all data. You have to do this to do the self learn, and if you got it wrong the first time you used the Power FC then your left with a unit that cant be wipped. I dunno they make it sound like its a pretty legit deal. But Will see what Nengun say. Does this mean that You will be able to add an air temp sensor and have that work on the hand controller as well etc. Im guessing that it does. If everything seems good then I may consider it. If I do end up buying one and you want a look, I'm happy to help you add some information about it to your FAQ, but I suspect someone else will buy it before me I'm suprised theres no threads on here about it...... (apart from this one of course)
  17. I'll have to check what my battery is, its only a cheap one (came with the car) and its still going strong 3 years later Last nights efforts, Much nicer as theres alot less noise in these photos...
  18. ah yeah makes sense now. Well made sense before but now I actually know what the deal is Yeah will see what they come back with in the email. Asked them about the two extra parts at the end and if it did run the VCT etc as if it were a normal RB25 power fc. I might be interesting in getting one, but will have to weigh up costs etc. As you said it wont really get me any gains in power, but I mainly just want to get rid of my AFM
  19. I'm shooting some photos later tonight (unless something happens) so if Antibes interested PM me on here, will have my iPhone with me so will check it periodically
  20. On GT3 or GT4? Thats going back to far for me lol
  21. so all the lines were for the carbon cannister? I was going to say that but am unsure about GTR's so didnt want to just come out and say that and be wrong
  22. yeah thats fair enough. Does this mean that the Power FC has provisions for a 26 loom and the boomslang adapts it to 25. Or other way around, Power FC has 25 connector and the boomslang is for plugging it into a 26 loom Get the point of the harness just unsure which way around it actually is
  23. I've just emailed them about it. Pretty doubtful I will spend that money on something I esentially already have, but will see what the response says. Just wanted to confirm some of the above. I wasnt sure what the last 2 products are in the kit as only product codes are listed, no description And are you talking about the CN-2 One-touch connector as the "boomsling" harness Paul?
  24. what? :S GT3 was completely offline, how did you do this.......
