  2. Car was parked on L4 - Pink in the LHS back corner. Thanks All,
  3. My Oldies Red VL Turbo : Stolen from Macquarie Centre, North Ryde some time between 12:00 and 2:30 pm today. Red CSA Wheels. Plates RF-084 Call me 0402 030 038 or the Police on 131 444 if you see it. Thanks all,
  4. I rang them to follow up on my policy - They had me on file and are sending out my schedule - No problemo - Very nice on the phone
  5. Bad luck Doc Time for the RB25DET transplant
  6. Damn, I wished I could have been there .... Anyone see that Black R33 GTR that they have there ??? How is it ???? Worth a look ???
  7. Mark, I reckon you just go for some bigger injectors and wind the boost up a little more - That will get where you want to be no problem at all. Forget the Plenum, for the moment - it's a lot of money for only a bit of gain. I share Blitz's thoughts too - be very very careful about who tunes it - they should have an outstanding reputation for tuning skylines. As I have been reading and seem for myself first hand - When you go fiddling with too much more power, things can go phuuupppt. Cheers,
  8. Australia's Best Tyre Service at Lakemba can do Momo stuff too - well they did a couple of years back anyhoo.
  9. I have a Stinger. Is yours in stand alone or piggy back mode ?? Mine is in piggyback mode with the std ECU - no problems with cold start. It idles a bit higher than normal and fuel economy is ordinary (300kms per tank) I did have a problem with the igniters and the EMS - EMS had to come out and modify the unit before the car would start. However, all that said - my engine lost two cylinders a while ago. I don't know if was anything to do with the Stinger, but I don't trust it any more - So I'll be getting another ECU after the rebuild. Dunno of that helps, but thoght I'd convery my experiences. Cheers,
  10. I have Turboxs dual stage - Set to 14 , spikes to 18 then comes back down - Sent to 18, spikes to 20+ (off the boost guage) then comes back down - Spikes are for about 1 second. Prolly why my engine blew up. I'm going for EBC next - At a reasonably sane level of boost - turboxs 'should' be OK - (10-12)
  11. George , if you don't mind, can you please PM me the details of your Engineer ? Thanks,
  12. Oh, OK - thanks for that Pete. Cheer Tex.
  13. FIGJAM Pete - and you are ! Cheers !

  15. I think it is a little too early in the life of the SAU NSW Club for Team Track Day T-Shirts. Although a great idea - How about we get SAU NSW shirts first ? Some people may feel that the TTD T-Shirts are precluding them from being part of the club. And that they might 'have' to go to a track day to be invloved in the club. Hopefully, the SAU NSW club is more that just trackdays (but boy they are fun). That said, if someone is ready, willing and able to get the TTD shirts ready and no-one can do the SAU NSW shirts, then go for it - I'll have one. My 0.02c only . PS - That other thread was so funny - Glad you folks sorted it as you are both fantastic contributors to SAU - Unlike some others who ruin it for some of us.
  16. I'll turn up - Hone my Digi-Cam skills some more Damn it !
  17. Please post or PM your findings - I am looking for the same thing and will reciprocate (sp) Group buy on forgies ! Yay !!! There are a couple of other ppl on the board that are after the same too ! Cheers,
  18. Thanks - I'll be in touch Cheers,
  19. mort, can you please provide me (pm or in this thread) with 3-4 or more references (preferablly ppl from this forum) that you have installed and tuned the autronic ecu on an RB25DET that has been worked and internals done ? Not doubting that you can't do the job , but I am in the situation that I need a new ECU and a tuner that know's there stuff really well. I like the Autronic - espesh the self tune module (but need to know heaps more about this) Also can you please provide a link to your web site, a company profile. Might be better to PM to me at this stage. Cheers,
  20. Hmmm where to start this thread ??? Don't want to ask who has had their car engineered cause that may imply that most of us haven't had our mods engineered. Same works vice versa... But anyways - I want my next lot of mods / rebuilds etc to come with an engineer's certificate for all mods on my car. Anyone want to share any experiences in this area with us ? (who's good, etc) Was reading an article in Autosalon Mag this week and can see that this is a double edged sword - your damned if you do it (ie they can still defect you if you have the Eng. Cert. - But still, if you have no Cert. and they don't spot your non-compliance then you can get away with it) What to do ? I reckon the laws or something needs changing. No point having rules you can't enforce - AND No point having rules that can be certified and you still get busted causing wasted time, effort and money ! ! ! !
  21. I am insured with Famous - After I paid my $$, I didn't get anything back indicating that I have a paid up policy with them - Since my car is off the road , I haven't worried about it to much - but I will be contacting them to ensure my policy is OK. I am concerned with this: So any clarification on this from Famous would be appreciated.
  22. Awsome Dan - Good job, played strong, played well -
