  1. EVO and Car etc have been testing them for a few issues now and they say its brilliant. Personally, i love the styling, love the engine note, power is nice too. I LOVE the fact its rwd and more of an entertainment / experience car. Like the Carrera GT, plenty of cars were quicker then it but general consensus was the GT experience is a league better then the other hyper cars, many of which are quicker. You are not a wanker because of the car you own. You are a wanker because how you carry on about owning a certain car. I think the LF-A is 85% perfect, give it a 3 pedal manual and i would be saying 100% cool, and woudl be 10kgs ligter from less electrics/hydraulics
  2. What happened to the R32? Did you sell it?
  3. I will be quite happy with an RBR WDC and Constructors Dont really care if its Vettel or Webber, though if the first 3 races are anything to go by, especially the last race then Webber really needs Vettel on the 3rd row to have a hope of winning a race Shanghai in 13 days
  4. Fark me that is moving. Is it the fixed wing or variable one? Also, did you have newer tyres, different wheel alignment, more power/different tune etc. That is a massive gain from just putting on a wing at a slow circuit like Wakefield, espcially over a 62 second lap....are we sure its all down to the wing ?
  5. Be nice if they could mow the lawn though...lol actually just give me free entry for a day. I will mose that grass down running wide every 2nd corner
  6. Well it changes week to week at present as work committments are not firm, but i will have to get my helmet packed up and shipped over to me for my next run around whatever track it ends up being
  7. DO IT!
  8. Who is drving the big Ford?
  9. Motorcyle store in Tassie
  10. So no Sydneysiders know what has happened to young Andrew and his lil 32 ?

How brilliant is that, i would buy it if it had a Statesman grille. I thought the Japaneses were supposed to know how to tart up cars

If applied correctly then it could be a good thing. I mean take the focus off the people who stumble into a 50 zone from a 60 zone and get done for doing 10km/h over to the idiots drinking and driving, going way over the limit and ending up in peoples yards and injuring people etc. I hope the appointment of the task force means the courts starting doing their jobs, otherwise its just hundreds of thousands in extra policing which could yield more benefit elsewhere If it turns into a defect people for having wheels 2" bigger then std even though they have new $500 a corner tyres on them then that will be a shame.
  13. This isnt 'Nam man, there are rules You are allowed to move over and change your line once, generally people move back over to get some of the line back once they are in or near the braking area. The rules are a lot clearer in that you are not allowed to weave and change your lines repeatedly....which is exactly what Hamo did after Petrov got back under him . I agree tht Herbert and co got it right and handed out a warning, but what he did was wrong and should be stopped. A warning was sufficient. Will wait until i watch the BBC coverage to see what their one eyed coverage had to say about it. But the ESPN which is not biased were pretty critical of it, especially Gary Anderson who was rather scathing saying that he was driving like "a spoilt child" or something. Again, i thought it was a bit rough to be moving all over the track and guess last year he would have been given a drive through, but this year the driving standards folk seem to let a little more go. A warning was definitely required...
  14. Well Vettel is lucky to retain his win. Turns out all that arm waving on one of the last laps was because Trulli slowed in a corner where a yellow was out for Alonso's car and Vettel overtook him. He slowed sufficiently and thankfully Herbert was the driving standards advisor so Vettel was not penalised. Dont think Webber would liked to have been handed the win...but looking at the points tally, if you dock Vettel 7 points and give Webber an extra 7 then ut puts him on 31, 1 point ahead of Vettel and only 8 behind Massa... anyway, good to see the right decision being made. Interesting that Herbert only gave Hamilton a warning for his weaving....i think that was the right call as well rather then a drive thru. Let Hamo show the world he is still a spoilt little kid who throws his toys out the pram when someone dares pass him
  15. How many changes of position were there in the top 6? Interesting race, but i still think there would have been more to race for if the cars were running to theor pace and stopping twice for fuel and tyres. As is the cars could almost go without stops if allowed, Button pitted on what lap and had pretty good pace for all those laps. Rules are BS
  16. Well, unless Ferrari or McLaren can find some speed, you would have to say Vettel is looking good. I mea, if the team had not made the mistakes it had or car problems then odds are RBR would have had two 1-2s in a row and 3 poles in a row
  17. The EC website is out of date. Before i posted up I had a quick look at Natsoft and it shows that they have gone quicker then last 11 years, though not sure it its tenths or a second, but in 2005 or whatever Kelly was quicker. Either way, i suppose the time isnt as important as to just hwo crappy are the control Supercar slicks?
  18. Good race, Vettel got a demon start and from there Webber was never going to get by....even if the option of pitting a lap earlier of going a bit longer to clear Hamo...RBR have shown that they protect the car that is ahead.... and today that helped Vettel
  19. Hope RBR can stay out there and get the call with the rain right...looks ominous
  20. Come on Mark, get it done on track, but in the pit stop will do
  21. Freking Vettel, brilliant start! No live timign for me...it seems to be down
  22. Its looking dry! Come on Webs, get it to turn 1 and start to finish baby! They are predicting thunder storms
  23. HEheh, if you drove my car around PI i would hope it was quicker too
  24. Why not, i am reading on other forums that Webber is dirty and the chop king. I think since the King has returned he needs to remind kiddies what the chop is....and its not the meandering accross the road that is Webber Also, just read an interesting stat...showing how it was more the McLaren and Ferrari drivers who farked up, well at least more then the teams Q1 start times for the top four teams: Code: Vettel: 16:03.16 Button: 16:08.35 Schumacher: 16:08.48 Hamilton: 16:08.54 Alonso: 16:09.04 Massa: 16.09.30 Webber: 16:09.35 Rosberg: 16:09.46 Who ended up on the front row and who were the last cars to go out in the wet of Q1?
  25. And without all the data logging, big fuel tank., copoous amounts of oil coolers, steel doors and panels etc. I am thinking with smaller fuel cell, carbon doors and lexan windows, carbon bonnet and removal of all the data logging anf diff/gearbox coolers, they would be able to pull another 50kgs from the thing. If punted properly it will be funny to see a taxi in the mix (funny = AWESOME!)
