1.

Just hope on e85 itll pump you close to 300 and pump the torque up aswell ever since I went on the stuff and at the last drift day third goes no worries and alot safer.
2. Yeah I just tacked it with the axles in then took them out and welded the rest. The reason why is, one with welding you know that its going to be locked 100 percent and dont have to guess with how much shims to use, shims eventually wear out and thirdly its cheaper and dont have to wait 3 weeks for shims to arrive from japan.
3. Usyal mods for 310kw on e85, powerfc ecu. The flow rate for the nismO and 044 at 3 bar are both around the 270lph so thats why i dont think much can change

5. Wondering if it is necessary to have my tune checked over after recently installing a surge tank with a 044, as previous fuel setup was just the nismo intank. Running low on time so just wanting to know if it really is necessary to do it.
6. Depends on your luck if vicroads will look through the car and depends how much the guy checking knows. But I know when vicroads to check skylines there getting on top of coilovers now and mainly cut hole for intercooler so thats something to keep in mind other than that I would put the stock airbox if you have a cooler.
7. Do you mean there is no power from the power wire for headunit on the car? It should be a fuse if thats the case, do you have power on the ignition wire? Worse comes to worse if you cant find the problem you could always wires a new direct power line from your battery to your headunit.
8. For your power goals you wont need a new manifold unless you will be doing it just for the sack of a screamer which you could still modify the stock manifold for. The hks cat back should be fine that comes with it. Fuel system you will get away with a nismo or bosch 044 intank or you can put a surge tank setup if your going to be tracking it abit. Ecu well depends on what tuner you want to use and what there confortable with. Cams and camgears not really a must only if you want to spend some more money to get abit more out of the midrange. A basic return flow cooler either JJR if you want to be on a budget or a jap brand like the blitz will do for a few hundred more. In regards to turbo as said above something like a 3076 sounds about right for your power goals. Once you've done all that considering that you have a decent clutch in there and everything else you should see the power your after.
9. If you really want a bov you can have one, if you dont mind paying a few 100 for a noise then go for it but yeah in regards to the stalling and all that it is a bit of a hassle and only buy getting a full tune with a ecu the tuner can fix that.
10. Most people go up to about 18psi on stock bottom end pretty safely.
11. Is there anywhere I can buy the diff gasket from, as nissan said it has to be sent from japan and I dont have 3 weeks to wait.
12. Im about to weld my diff on my r33 and just been reading people mentioning to make sure the half shafts line up before welding or else you might have a hard time putting them in once welded. I dont quite understand exactly what is meant by this and why would welding the centre make the half shafts not alligned?
13. Try bcpr7es and if you can try another coil pack set to eliminate that probelm.
14. Yeah i was thinking about them just knew they were good for autos and waiting to hear how they were with diffs. Ill give them a call aswell
15. Where us central diffs located?
16. I can do that part but others have said the backlash and preload needed to be adjusted.
17. It will get you 300 that I know 350 I cant say as I havnt gone that far, but I will say this if I was going to buy a cooler and I knew I was going for 300 350 kw I would put the few hundred extra and buy the blitz just for the sake of knowing 100percent and also the fitment is alot better. The JJR kits are abit of stuffing around. So if I had to do it again i would of gone the blitz my reason for not going was at time of purchase I wasnt aiming for 300kw and I'm lucky that so far it has held up.
18. I think I might just weld it up easiest solution for full lock.
19. Im running 307 with mine with no signs of problem
20. Basic mods will be enough to get you started sliding like cooler exhuast , some suspension work such as coilovers and a diff shim if you diff is in really bad nick. To get started you will be fine with the power you have at the moment as you get better if you decide to stick with it slowly add more mods to accommodate for your increase in ability when you start to feel your car is holding you back. For example when you get to the stage you want to be sliding corners in third gear and notice the car might struggle to do it from lack of power you might add want to add some power but yeah as other said just go out see what the car can do and then tweak it for the next time theres no need to begin with a full powerful d1 drift car.
21. Any chance of getting the pics working again really want to give this a go. So say about 3mm would be good for drifting or should i go more like 3.4?
22. Im about to put a 2way into my 33 and wondering if anyone can recomend a diff place to install the centre and adjust it? Also any rough prices how much the labour is worth for me giving them the housing with ztandard diff removed and for them to put centre and adjust.
23. When do they consider it sealed for exp. With your s14 is it considered sealed off in standard form or do you have to physically go and seal up every gap in the boot? Also with your nismo diff install was it pretty much just put the centre in using the shims you had or did you have to muck around with it?
24. Just read through the whole build great work done on it and awesome drifting. Just got a question with your surge tank do you have an enclosure for it to pass scruteneering or dont you need one? I just put mine in so trying find out if i need one or not.
25. Hrmm just checked and yeah saw that one but why is the this other one the 52T $1732? http://www.gcg.com.au/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=233&category_id=28&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=101 I must be missing something just cant pick it up lol.
