  1. Radioactive waste; as it turns out... Too soon? Can't stand Lambo doors...
  2. Forgot you had the Brembo's Yep, know what you mean; bloody big tho'...
  3. I'd be leaning towards stem seals for this, stems seals will also do this after an extended period of idling, then put under load. Or as Scotty said, PCV issues.
  4. Ok guys, update! We are now fully subscribed for this group buy! Due to the obvious demand, if you've missed out; don't worry! I'll wait until this Group Buy has been delivered, and then I'll gauge interest with a view to running a second Whiteline Sway Bar Group Buy. If you wish to get involved in the next one; keep your eyes on the forum over the next month and you'll see where we're at. Please don't PM for the next one yet; I want to make sure I can keep track of everything, so no-one misses out. I'm also hoping to be able to supply other Whiteline parts (not just for Stageas) on an ongoing basis, as the prices I'm being quoted on other parts are excellent. So if you need bars, bushes, links or anything else from Whiteline; I should be able to help . Again please wait until I deliver this Group Buy; then fire away! Once again; thanks for your support, it's been great dealing with you all so far, looking forward to delivering a fantastic product to you all! Cheers, Dale.
  5. No worries Chris; will do I'll drop yours off on my way to/from work PM Replied.
  6. Now that would be a nice upgrade And the Akebono brakes would be a no brainer...
  7. Yeh, I used to have a set on mine too. They're not ideal. 20mm spacers would help a lot. I now have these; V35 18x8, +30 offset. Much better
  8. ^^^^^+1 for this. Buying cheap is false economy, you'll only end up getting the shits and spending more to get what you should have in the first place. I used to work with some old school Toolmakers, who've had the same Mics and Verniers (Mitutoyo) since they entered their Trade. Calibrate a couple of times a year (for constant, professional use), and treat them like a newborn baby; they'll be accurate forever. Now that's value for money.
  9. PM replied . I'm waiting on one last payment and we're there! Thanks for your support guys, bring on the awesome handling! Bad news on that one, roughly two weeks wait. The time will fly... NOT!
  10. Any other Impul goodies apart from the kit? Looks very nice!
  11. Mitutoyo is the only brand I will use for Mics, verniers and dial indicators. A 0-25mm, 25-50mm and a 75 -100mm with a 50mm extension piece will cover just about everything the average person would need to machine. However, you can buy some good, no name brand telescopic gauges. I have a set of Kinchrome telescopic gauges. The important thing with telescopic gauges is that they lock easily and firmly, so there is no error introduced, and you can measure off them with your mic. Check out afew different types at your local tool supplier, cheap ones and expensive ones. As always with precision tools; Feels crap = Is crap
  12. I'm running BC's and mine has Hicas and an LSD... No issues at all. The hicas only deflects the subframe a few degrees, so I can't see any problems.
  13. Bill Westwood @ Lower Mountains Smash in Blaxland (Near the Lapstone Hotel). Has painted/ restored numerous show winning cars. Straight shooter, and a great guy. Been using him for years. Cheers, Dale.
  14. That still seems fairly heavy on fuel; I'm not economy man either, but I'mmuch closer to 550km - 580km when leaning on it, and over 600km in girlypants mode...
  15. Might be worth visiting your friendly local panel shop & getting them to break out the paint swatches?
  16. Sorry mate; couldn't resist
  17. If want to can has, just imagine for one to be the bison yet none to are fortune... As for Aaron;
  18. Fantastic; that's great news, looking forward to your payment! It should be roughly 2 weeks after the closure of the group buy, as the bars are not due in the country until a week after the Group Buy closes. Once I have them, I'll be despatching everything ASAP. I'll be in contact with everyone as soon as I have firm delivery dates. Great stuff mate, thanks for your support! Sure does, definitely makes it worthwhile. Cheers Guys.
  19. My Aero Bar has left Japan! Now I have another 6 weeks to wait . Gives me time to get some of my other projects completed. 80 000km service tomorrow.
  20. Thanks Chris You know I'm not referring to you in my recent updates right? You clearly explained your timeframe, and it was not a problem. Cheers, Dale.
  21. No worries Dust, looking forward to it. As we discussed, I can't ship the bars to you for what I consider to be a fair price, but the other parts are not an issue. Well, never say never, but originally we had 14 interested parties; which is why it went ahead. But yeah; at this stage; it'll be a while before I organise another, if at all.
  22. Very true mate. It's been great dealing with the people who are genuinely interested; they are the ones who've made it worthwhile . It was much the same last time, but I just hoped my enthusiasm for a great deal would be infectious. I hate to see people miss out on a great opportunity, that's why I made the effort. I don't feel lame in front of Whiteline; they've been hugely helpful . I think if anyone understands this kind of thing, they certainly do. I'm confident the people who've gotten involved, will be hugely satisfied when they recieve the finished product, and that's great. Cheers Dale.
  23. Ok guys, we're in the final week of the Group Buy and there are still four spots left There was huge interest in the lead up to this Group Buy and people had been nagging me for months. I'd really like to get it up to the 10. Anyone who wishes to get on board; I welcome your participation, this is how we demonstrate to Whiteline that our vehicle is worth supporting. There's no point whining about the lask of aftermarket support, then waiting for everyone else to buy in first. We have a proven product; from an Australian company, what more can you ask for? Be a pioneer; have something all the other Stagea drivers wish they had. To be honest; if we don't fill this group buy, I'm very sad to say, I don't believe I'll be going to the effort of organising another one. Thanks again to the guys who got on board and supported this venture, I really appreciate it. You've been a dream to deal with. Cheers, Dale.
