  1. Mate, they're great! Honestly, they have no business being as good as they are for the money. I'm rapt with them, no rattles plenty of adjustment, well finished; they've really got it all. And a killer price. Do it.
  2. All good mate, win some, lose some.
  3. Lol, dude, I know, I meant my work is near your home. All good, PM'ed you. Cheers, Dale.
  4. I got by using a couple of 30mm o.d. 1/2" washers 2.5mm thick. Give me a call on 0410 691143 if you want me to drop some in to you on my way to work tonight. I'm not far from you. Cheers, Dale.
  5. Trouble is, most of the other U.S. package services are highway robbery to use...
  6. The NM35 HAS a single turbo set up. It's low down on the passengers side, and brings a balance pipe around the top of the bellhousing, joining into the passenger side manifold. The space is limited, and this compromises manifold design, and turbo size. I would imagine the issue with twin turbos is interference from the steering column on the drivers side. Still, there are TT kits for 350Z, and the basic architecture in the engine bay is similar, so I'd be looking that way to begin with.
  7. My local Nissasn parts guy was stoked when I showed him the Stag, told me he was happy to track anything down, especially if I could help with part numbers.
  8. +1! My local Nissan spares have been quite helpful, so I'll give them a call, but given the exchange rate at the moment, I'd be surprised if you can do better than the US price.
  9. Those first two look just like the engine bay on my C34!
  10. Lol, yeah, I know what you mean, I try to be good... I only said "can", not that it does vary often... My average is slightly less than yours, but my commute is mostly freeway. Can't say I bought it to save on fuel...
  11. 20L/100km would be considered a "worst case scenario". My long term average is around 11-12L/100km. but you can't flog the pants off it and expect Prius fuel economy. The car weighs 1700-1800kg (depending on model/spec) what exactly do you expect? I own a GSXR1000, this can get 4.5L/100km on the street. On the track this goes to 20L/100km. It's all down to throttle usage. If you want to play, you have to pay.
  12. There's a full Freeway Dolphin intercooler kit on there atm.
  13. Imagine kerbing one of those bad boys... What's the best offset for your new pimpin' forties? Should be easy... lol!
  14. Because maybe if he keeps asking the same question he'll get a different answer... The best thing to do is just ignore the problems and they'll go away by themselves. Cars fix themselves ALL THE TIME... Frankly I'm surprised yours has taken this long, that's just lazy. Maybe if you yell at it? Good luck.
  15. Agreed, they are a beautiful wheel, especially in that width/offset. You'd be doing some pretty serious guard pulling to get them under, and I'd say you'd need to stretch a 245 or something to make it work. Probably better to keep looking for a less aggressive offset...
  16. Thanks Khumo KU31's, currently approx $225 each.
  17. On about pg 34-36 of the "What have you done to your Stagea" thread, or I'll put some up tomorrow for you. Rubber sits basically flush with the rim edge. I reckon your AXIS rims would look tough then, mine do.
  18. 215/55/17 is correct. On my 18s I run 245/45/18, this takes the factory 9% speedo error to about 3%, fills the guards a bit better, and rides better than 225/45/18. It's also std rubber for VE commodore 18's, so well priced too.
  19. Yeah, yeah... lol. Getting flanges for stage one next week, been a shocker of a couple of weeks. Pics soon. Cheers, Dale
  20. He pops up every now and then, but pretty random, one of the other guys put up a number for Todd Selby, whom I'm intending to contact on Monday about the possibility of a run of these. I've been pretty slack about this but there's a lot of new owners recently, so I'll see what they say...
  21. If you kerb another one mate, you might have to ban yourself from driving the Stag . I just don't park close to suspect gutters anymore, even a parking fine is cheaper than a wheel repair... My missus is obsessed with doing it, anyone would think they give out prizes for getting the closest! I chip her about it all the time...
  22. Faark dude, You must be pissed about that I'd be shattered...
  23. Ebay motors, US. Jagged it I think .
  24. That looks stock height to me. My car is significantly lower than yours (hub centre to arch 360mm front, 350mm rear) , and the lowest point on my bodywork is still 150mm from the ground. Maybe ask them for some hub center to arch measurements?
  25. Scored one for just over $400 delivered yesterday . Just have to wait for Christmas day now... (was part of the deal with my missus).
