  1. Get a room next time you two!
  2. I can get a fairly easy 600km to a tank out of my M35; combination of city/ highway driving.
  3. I'd be very careful with that. If you are involved in an accident, and they deem you a regular driver but are not listed; they will void the policy. The reason they quote high is because statistically, as a young driver; you are a high risk. Irrespective of your personal record. It's part of life; I just refuse to use the companies now that ripped me off as a young driver. They clamour for your business once you own a house, contents and a couple of cars... When they ask what they can do to get my business; I tell them to apologise for being such arseholes when I was younger. Now I just use Shannons.
  4. Too right Andy, the ISOFIX system is head & shoulders above ours! Of course, then the gold digging Australian child restraint manufacturers would have to compete with overseas manufacturers on a level playing field instead of having a captive market to milk.
  5. I think you can add windscreen cover with NRMA.
  6. 3 wheels, That's a useful number.
  7. Japanese regs may not require it. I know they are a dealer option if you look in the brochures.
  8. Even on their own website; parts of the organisation are still referred to as RTA. So f**k em.
  9. Yep, mine came in at 1670kg when I threw it on the weighbridge a couple of years ago. The weight on your rego determines cost; who would think the rta would go for a cash grab...
  10. Nah, I think you'll find he's trying to bleed the cooling system on his NM35 in that pic.
  11. That is gold! Glad we've got a sense of humour! Is that at Phillip Island? Cos' the R33 has a cage in it.
  12. Found this C34 clip; Looks sexehhhh.
  13. YIKES! I bought one from Amayama for $112...
  14. I'm still the king of Eastern Creek. NM35's anyway... Good on you for getting out there mate!
  15. Doing them on ramps is a doddle, in fact I'd say on a low car, it would almost be easier & quicker to remove the front bar so you could do it this way. I always do them on ramps as everything lines up easily.
  16. Won't be able to go, I'm at work; and I don't yet have a new AFM... Good luck, hope all goes well!
  17. Bahaha; luckily my missus has been stalling up twins since the beginning. It will change the way the car drives markedly. I <3 LSD. f**k you ya f**kin' f**ker! West is best; just ask Jooooliar...
  18. What did you get? LSD or short ratio?
  19. And they shouldn't charge more than about $40 to cut them in. Measure, mark; then supply booze to your friendly neighbourhood fitter.
  20. Same, almost 4 here too. Still perfect.
  21. Drove very slowly until I could pull over & disconnect my AFM. I've been wondering for several years when it would fail & what it would feel like. Not as exciting as you might think.
  22. So the original P/N is 226806N211 or replacement P/N is 226806N21A. Mine died this afternoon, who wants to split freight with me & get a couple?
  23. If Barricade & Sled are such great proponents of the seller; perhaps they could give him a little heads up about the unfolding situation? I don't think the guy was going to strip the motor in the guys driveway to see if he was telling the truth; with a good rep he was taken at face value. Quoting stuff like Caveat Emptor and insulting people's spelling is really awesome too; but here's something the previous owner has missed. Lie someone who has access to a computer and they can badmouth you ALL THEY LIKE. And they can do it in front of ALL your buddies. Don't lie to people; you won't get caught out. 'Nuff said.
