To be legal in Victoria - you need a return flow intercooler and keep the stock airbox. If it doesn't go back to the stock holes on the passenger side, you need to cut. Cutting if you have airbags, will never be engineerable down here in Vic. Stupid rules, but thats how it is. So go return flow, keep stock airbox = 100% legal.

New or 2nd hand? New Z32 AFMs sell @ JJR for $700, Nismo AFMs are around $800 delivered. So I wouldn't say much cheaper at all really. 2nd hand would be cheaper but not worth the risk The Z32 AFM do not line up with your airbox so you need to redo the mounting holes/bolts etc. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/368025-z32-afms-direct-fit For the sake of $100, its really not worth the effort IMO.

6950 is the best card for that price range though. If you want anymore you gotta step upto around 320-350 which ATM isn't worth it really i dont think. I'd go I7 hands down simply because of socket type.

Well they never really should have anyway, its just an inspection. Ive rarely seen anyone touch my car when getting a RWC done. Usually sighting for split boots, oil leaks and anything loose. Brake test (driven) and thats about it really.

When you find the rest of the specs that they didn't tell you about in the video, post up, cause there is more too that car than you'll realise. Things like carbon prop shaft come to mind for one thing. Also diff ratios IIRC were altered as well Considering nothing really happens until after 4500rpm, that is not responsive. Also doesn't show you how much delay there is inbetween gears (like pedal/foot shots). He could have his for flat to the floor for 1 sec before anything happens and you'd never know it. Carry on.

+1. I had Foxtel IQ for 3 years during 2006-2009. Never again. Anything decent you had to pay EVEN more for, and the advertising made it pointless. I'm not paying to watch ads, im paying to watch programs! Also the compression for the "HD" is terrible, so on a proper 1080p TV, you are getting less than 720p quality. You can get better quality streaming over the internet, or simply downloading after the fact... So if you were going to record and watch later, you might as well do so in proper HD from a O/S source.

You use sugar on weetbix? I find they are sweet enough if having with milk given there is sugar in both to start off with Terry - is there a good "all in one" multi-vitamin on the market? Obviously it wont cover everything, but surely there must be something reasonable out there?

I think the point is, 3 pages of nothing but walls of text and marketing talk. When it was as simple as saying something like this: "The 9810 turbo failed, we don't yet know why as to the cause. We will use something else for now" Rather than dancing around the issue, avoiding the questions & laying the foundations for an elaborate story etc etc. All that does is make it sound like there is more going - and now posts are getting edited (does it get better? Strip as in drag strip? Definately no need. You are only running for 13 seconds or so. You won't get enough heat into anything to be of concern. Upgrade when you need. When do you need? When your temps start getting hot. They shouldn't be with your current setup at all. If they are then a good radiator flush should fix it If you start circuit racing or whatever then a oil cooler is mandatory. But for street driving, stock turbo etc. No need at all.

What is the car used for? If its just a daily driver then in all honesty neither are really required at all and you are just burning money for no reason.

Actually i'll be @ Racepace Tues or Wed, and my wheels are there. I'll chuck them onto a car with brakes (always one there) and let you know.

355 won't be a problem with those wheels. I have the same ones (so im assuming you own a purple R33 as well? Leewahs old car?). I have a 356 D2 kit waiting to go on for testing in the next month or so and from the initial look they were going to be fine.
