  1. My apexi pod bolts straight to afm. Justjap only had a cpl different models, one was listed for skylines so got that one, fits grand.
  2. I fail to see the connection between enjoying the sound of an rb25 unrestrained, and enjoying the company of penises. Maybe you're hearing what ypu want to hear...
  3. I will also add unless you're getting it very bloody cheap, go for a hg hiflow. Effectively a brand new turbo for what, $875 or something?
  4. My r33gtst could be available, for the right price...few panel dents n dings, nothing photoshop won't fix. How many of the bridesmaids are single?
  5. alright i'll say it...you're lucky that 100-shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake. but I know nothing about drag racing sorry, I prefer corners, all I know is in a street race, always launch on the count of 2.
  6. does remind me of something actually... 'you have your accessories....silencer, loudener"
  7. I love the way this OP thinks. Metal intake pipe helps with loud induction noise. I have a worn out Blitz nur spec exhaust, frequently get told 'why is your car so loud" and alot of dirty looks, alot of approving looks too cause it sounds sweeeeet and is straight thru. Would recommend.
  8. that is PLUSHHHH
  9. that's the spirit ...I stand punctuationally corrected.
  10. PS Funkmaster Flex I give you full credit for having a fair amount of knowledge about car related stuff as I have said before, and am doing nothing more than trying to get you to not take it so serious, what's it matter if it's called sway bar, not like he's called it a hulahoop rod.
  11. but hang on there G-Money, you're getting confused again with 'your opinion' being the 'correct term' and only possible option. Another equally correct (and for the purposes of sh*tstirring I will say 'more correct') term is 'stabilizer bar'. WHY aren't you calling it by its CORRECT name of stabilizer bar?? Also Vanilla Ice, ever seen a tree swaying in the wind? the upper branches sway in an arc from a lower roll centre, the whole tree doesn't evenly move side to side as one unit. So you see MC Hammer, it's a petty point that only pedantic mofo's would bother making a deal about, and you've once again made me waste 5 minutes of my lunch break pointing this out. Although if you would like to tell me how you feel about coilovers I am all ears.
  12. the term 'sway bar' is perfectly acceptable and I've yet to see anyone confused as to what the term refers to when discussing car related matters. Its name is also accurate, with its function to influence & control the sway/roll of the vee-hickle, as per dictionary definition of sway " To incline or bend to one side;". Anyway yes you should get one if you don't have one and yes you have a right to be proud of your car but you should keep in mind if you're serious about moving to performance driving you should consider moving onto other options rather than spending a lot on an n/a car which is unlikely to deliver the overall performance result you're after without spending bank-heist loads of cash on it.
  13. Either way, till u get longer studs, and aren't autobarn ones just an open spacer, not hubcentric? , take them off before you cause a 7 car fatality
  14. Have been running wheel spacers for about a year and no issues, if u do as kiwi says- use longer studs, no ifs or buts, wouldn't even think of using them otherwise, and get hubcentric ones(gktech make cheap good ones).
  15. gauge pod looks good buddy. Your cross bar looks the part too, I tried making one but couldn't get my pipe bender to do a good straightline bend without kinking, yours looks like it worked just fine though.
  16. You could try the gtt coilovers, they might fit, being same model? Trl.
  17. Aghh yeah totally not. Alot to be said for an auto in a daily driver, as i have found.
  18. Been a while since i touched them but pretty sure they are also differently ribbed... So each belt will only fit on one pulley and crankshaft slot
  19. I had trouble with my caster rod nuts coming loose; dab on some blue loctite when doing them up. Will gum up the threads to stop vibrating loose but still able to undo when needed easy enough.
  20. Turbo timer issue, keeping ign circuit live
  21. People on here are often happy to help in person...whats your location?
  22. you could also check, the NOS might have been set to activate at 5000rpm, that would explain the Tong-Po-like kick you're getting then.
  23. ^^as above. Would you describe it as similar in power to the hard roundhouse kicks Tong Po delivers in the early scenes of the classic Van Damme movie "Kickboxer"? Specific references needed for comparison to be able to advise further.
  24. I love the way you note your type of air filter but not the turbo or type of boost control, what boost level etc. So i'll assume it's n/a. In which case, there's your problem..
