  1. Edit: stao posted the answer Stao, have you sold any of the new g2.5's you recently posted up results for? I'm interested to see results on a stock exhaust manifold
  2. I may end up going with adjustable bushes, but I guess it will all depend on how much adjustment I need once the car is lowered a bit and the new wheels go on.
  3. I don't have anything to gain by lying about it. Regardless of what my economy is or isn't, the point is i think its reasonable and I'm happy with it.
  4. I'm not gonna argue with people about it, because it's so trivial. I'm open to the fact the ecutalk consult might not be right with econom calculations now, but I know how far I travel on each tank and how much fuel the car takes when I go to fill it up. Canberra doesn't have crazy traffic though, its pretty open, so that could be part of it.
  5. I know when Dvs Jez was tuning my car with the nistune z32 ecu base map for r33's and just updated the afm and injector settings for 555's and z32 afm, it wouldn't really run. He had to fiddle with a few settings to get it to idle properly.
  6. Well I use to get 450km out of 46L before my tune and it was running pretty rich. 46/450*100= 10.22 So I don't think 9 is unreasonable with a decent tune...
  7. Do the br series for r33 gtst come with new mounting bushes etc or do you have to reuse the old ones?
  8. Haha, yeh I am but apparently not as much as everyone else!
  9. I was just quoting what my ecu consult display says. I think it should be reasonably accurate though, because my nistuned z32 ecu still supports consult and the nistune daughterboard adjusts all the values to suit everything before being read at the consult port. But it could be wrong as well. Pre tune on stock setup I was getting about 450km per tank running it down to just before the fuel light. So far I have done 300km and still have a bit less than half a tank.
  10. I only have 555cc nismo injectors, but I get like 9L /100km according to my ecutalk consult display and nistuned z32 ecu. I was always under the impression if you get a full tune (not just 4th gear power runs) then you should get reasonable economy regardless of injector size. Obviously the bigger the injector the harder it will be to have good economy on light loads though. Have I been under the wrong impression?
  11. The bushes seem fairly similar in price to adjustable arms, but the arms offer more adjustability. Do the pillowballs wear out much faster than bushes?
  12. Nah, they are all the same. Obviously the 32 gtr bov will be older and 34 gtr bov newer though...
  13. I guess the issue is caused by staying with the Nissan 6 bolt rear housing? If would have to be a restriction to some degree and it'd be interesting to see results if it could somehow be fixed...
  14. Looks like you had fun getting it off, is that 3 snapped bolts still stuck in there? How old is that version of the g3? I wonder if they are all like that?
  15. if you get it tuned with a plumback, its not gonna run great when you take it off...
  16. You are not having any luck at all with your car!!!

  18. Which version of the .82 housing is the G2.5 you posted about on the previous page using? The "alternative" fnt arrangement/ type b (second lot of dyno graphs)?
  19. The vac line that connects from the plenum to the top of the blow off valve helps keep it shut
  20. Gotta be devo about that!!! Is it stock?
