hey mate, i bought a kit with a new timing belt and pulleys, and it was $150 to upgrade to a N1 water pump from the existing, so to that i guess it was alot more for a N1 water pump haha

ok so its been a long while since I updated this, hasn't had any work done to it for a long time but a month ago got a few things done. I saw that the temperatures in the coolant and oil were getting a bit higher than usual so I decided to bite the bullet and just change all the cooling so peace of mind that I knew it was all knew and up to date so I ordered: greddy oil cooler koyo radiator nismo therostat new radiator hoses while it was at the tuners I decided I might aswell get other things done aswell due to it being there anyway so got some arp head studs and tomei valve springs put in aswell car now makes 388kw @ 20psi

well she is going to talk to her CLASSIC CARS Supervisor tomorrow when he gets in and she will clarify the information when she asked my why i value the car so high, she asked me to rattle off some of the modifications. so when i started off with things like $3500 rays rims and $1800 nismo intercooler she was a bit stunned and then she was like well they are nice to have things not actually modifications.... as in you have just bought new parts.... haha

hmm just gave them a call, not sure the lady knew what she was looking. my car is through NRMA atm and is insured for market value. she was having trouble accepting the fact i want to insure my car for 50-60k when she asked me 100000 questions and then went to find the answer to see if i can insure it for the above price - she came back and said that there is no way it would ever been that high and that the most they will be able to do it for is 20k she also stated that market value for a 34GTR is only $13,000. i think she is looing up the 34 gt-t but she didnt really know what i was talking about, i could tell she didnt know alot about it as i could hear someone in the background telling her what to say. anyway has anybody had this problem when they rung up?

Hey Guys, Up for sale is my 34GTR Cabon fibre top secret bonnet. Purchased from another member from SAU. comes with original pins. haha lol ^^^^^ yeah dude on a 34 you want at least 18" but like terry said.. you might aswell pack your lipstick in the centre console! the guards and arches are bigger so at least 19" on a 34GTR 19x10.5 +15 as a minimum!

there is nothing stoping a cop coming around and checking your car. strange if they had that much of a concern that they didnt get the HWY Patrol car to come there on the spot. but i suppose all you can do is wait now.

lucky i never said they are the best pad ive ever used i said they are very good! and only used them around south circuit. a few people earlier said that they got brake fad after a few laps of south circuit and they are too heavy for GTRs well i own a 34GTR the heaviest of them all and i found them good. no fad at all. not sure what else to say haha just find ones you like and stick to them!

bogging down... launch harder.. 5000+ maybe up the tyre pressure so you try and free spin and then work your tyre pressure down from there.... no need really to use antilag/ launch control free revving is fine, but if your computer has it it will assist. dont side step the cluctch either, rid it a bit aswell, this will help with your launch and also your bogging down issue

haha im not sure i get your joke, but these pads are very good, especially for the price i think $140 or somthing like that, i didnt get any fade when i used them, also have DBA XS rotors and these pads, worked well, and i attended all day around smsp south circuit! still using them now. its not my daily driver but very good for a street/track pad

QFM A1RM Brake Pads - Sooooo good! i use them on the street and track, dont squeel, a tad bad when cold but once they are warm...... they are the goods

i am aware of that, hence the "other mods" words in there..... clearly trying to sus out and get the most information to diagnose this issue.... you annoy me.

when was the last time you changed your spark plugs? is it tuned? for example, you havent done coils or and other mods and not tuned it yet?

i had an issue like this, but it only happened about like 5000 rpm. then it started to get worse and worse like 4000rpm then above 3000rpm. to the point i could hardly drive my car. ended up being my haltech has a safety cut when it leans out to much it will cut the engine every time its to lean, ended up being a split hose pipe from my fuel pump to the top of my tank, so the full was getting sucked up the fuel pump then not even leaving the tank squirting out the hose then back down into the tank and then back into the pump again. only letting a little bit of fuel through at a time so was causing it to hickup so to speak, maybe check that, if it gets worse and worse maybe check this. also replace your fuel filter......... cost about $10 and is easy to do! and will rule it out, peace of mind
