Chasing a stock clutch fan for my R34 GTT.

Hi guys, Currently building my r34 gtr, it'll be putting out around 450awkw. Currently I had a excedy HD clutch from the old set up.. But I don't think this will handle anywhere near the power of the new build. Can someone confirm this and also point me in the right direction of what I need to look for in a clutch to handle the power. Cheers

Hi all, I need a new HD clutch soon and have noticed that the Exedy ones are about $150-200 more then the RPM equivalent. Is it worth it to spend the extra on the Exedy or is there really no difference? I basically just need a clutch that can handle up to 230rwkw so hoping that either HD will be ok. Thanks.

As a warning. This is what happens when you have a extra heavy duty single plate clutch with a standard flywheel (suspect it to be second hand) and a R32 GTR with big power during launches. Yes, we only warned him last week.

For Sale: 6 Puck Clutch to suit RB20, RB25, RB26 (push style) and RB30 - Brand: SPEC America - Capacity: 600NM - Type: Single Plate 6 Puck Push Type This clutch was used for about 1200kms in which was driving the R33 down to bunbury twice to break the new built engine in (no high revs no limiter bash no clutch kicks or dumps). Now plan has changed to push big torque with the RB30DET so decided to change to a twin plate. Have this exact same clutch on my 400rwhp 470nm RB25 R32 with 4 years worth of drift pracs and comps, rallysprint, no limits events and speed event series with absolutely no fault. This clutch just loves abuse and pedal feel is great (no overly heavy). PRICE: $300 Firm 5. 50mm Synapse Synchronic External Wastegate - Used but great working condition - V band entry and exit HOWEVER, I welded a tube reducer with a flange to suit 38mm manifold exit. Purchased my r33 just under two weeks ago, all is good except recently i've noticed it's really difficult to put the car into 1st gear and reverse at times especially when the car is rolling (obviously i dont put it in reverse while rolling forward) i'm not sure if its always keen like this or if i've only just realised.

I have a r33 gtst skyline. The other day I was driving it and the clutch pedal become very soft. (It's a heavy duty clutch and now is light as a feather). You can push the pedal more then half way before the clutch seems to have some sort of push. I have bleed the clutch and still no improvement. Their is no leaks any where. Replace all the old fluid as well and no change. Do I need to replace my master cylinder?

As topic states. R33 gearbox fully rebuilt with PAR gearset 1-4 straight cut syncro engage. Gearbox built by mr transmissions and is less than 500km old. Have receipt for 5500k also in GTR bellhousing NPC twin plate billet clutch and flywheel. The top of the line clutch that NPC has I believe. It's less than 100km old. Have receipt for 2500 I also have all the other parts of the manual conversion out of a VL if buyer wants them with sale or I'll sell them separately The lot $6000 FIRM WILL NOT BUDGE 8000k worth of receipts all the gear is LIKE NEW All the gear is inside the cAr and will be removed in one afternoon when there is a buyer. Hey I'm selling an Ogura Racing twin plate solid button clutch. It was in my recently purchased r33 but it's not really street friendly. What I'm selling is the whole package. Clutch, flywheel, all mounting hardware and thrust bearing to suit rb25. The friction plates look good with plenty of meat left. The 2 metal wear plates have some light heat marks around and some light wear but no gouges. The flywheel is in great condition and could almost go on without a machine although I would never advise it. Pm txt or call me if you want more details or to buy it. I received this clutch with a motor that I bought and since I already have a good clutch I have no need for it. It has only approx. 2000 Kms of use behind 260 rwkw and includes a customised flywheel that has been lightened and balanced with the pressure plate. Item: For sale is a complete HKS twin plate clutch setup. The clutch was recently fully rebuilt but NPC using genuine HKS clutch disks and parts. Included is a Nachi throw out bearing to suit twin plate clutches, and the correct length carrier sleeve to complete the setup. The whole setup is in excellent condition and would not have travelled more than 100km's since the overhaul by NPC. Location: Bendigo, Vic 3551.
