Hey Guys , So i am faced with that decision to let my r33 gtr 99% finished project go. a bit about it: Bcnr33 5/1997 build r33 gtr Body: Stock apart from resprayed engine bay. Normal Gtr Headlights as xenons which it should have had factory were not with the car. series 1 / 2 front spoiler lip (i have the shittest driveway..) Engine: Early Rb26 block from 89 r32 gtr (was virgin block) had block dipped and tested and machined. r34 gtr crankshaft polished checked and balanced. acl race series engine bearings were used. nismo oil pump was fitted. tomei conrods were used with je forged pistons. tomei baffle fitted to sump. tomei oil restricter fitted to block.fitted arp head studs and acl race head gasket. cylinder head cleaned tested and faced. fitted and clearanced tomei type b poncams. fitted new guides recut valve seats . has vernier inlet and exhaust cam gears. genuine std nissan water pump fitted. gates racing timing belt kit fitted. engine timed cams dialled in. fitted intake manifold, covers etc. new id1000 injectors fitted with adapters. fit push type gearbox. fit orc twin plate clutch. fit engine to vehicle. fit new alloy radiator, fite new belts, fit external oil cooler and lines. has trust greddy twin high mount td05 kit ( both turbos reconditioned) , trust manifold and external gate. aftermarket trust intercooler suit turbo kit. high flow cat and hks 3 1/2 inch exhaust. greddy oil catcher can. Engine Management: Tomei Reytec Rb Fully Programmable ecu and english software and tuning cable.haltech wideband controller Fuel system: id1000 cc injectors (e85 compatible) and walbro intank 420lph e85 fuel pump. Suspension: tein coil overs Brakes: Front Brembos Upgraded to 350mm Brembo Kit Rears Standard r33 gtr brembos nismo brake hose kit Wheels: Rota Torque - (cr Kai copies) kumho 265 35 r 18 tyres Sound System : mp3 head unit alpine splits in the rear and jl splits in the front. Full Security system with auto window closer and other extras ;-) blitz fatt turbo timer car had genuine 86, 956km on it when i got it, since motor build it now has 87770km . it is still on a run in tune and is still running in. boost is down at 13 psi. So... What It needs to be completely fininshed, boot trim carpet (piece that covers battery area) fluids changed (at around 1000km) and a dynotune. and repair crack in front lower lip. i am very sure the car has alot of potential. i am unsure potential buyer would be extremely happy with it as i have put 110% into it. i am not a back yard mechanic i am an auto electrician & mechanic by trades. have a pile of reciepts for much of the parts put into the car. i have simply run out of time, (work related, family etc) and never get the time to drive & enjoy the car . Looking for mainly midnight purple, dark pearl grey, deep marine blue. something a bit more unique than your average 33 GTR. Just seeing whats available at the moment as i've looked on carsales and gumtree and nothing really catching my eye. It's a series 3 model, which is the highly sort after model being the last full year of production for the GTR. NOTES:I have priced this considering; Revs check indicates that the car has written off status reported due to storm damage, which I am from the understanding it had occurred during the Perth hail hail storm. Not sure because I didn't own the car then.. there is no signs of hail damage to any panels and it has been repaired. Yes the car is registered, still licensed and insurable. OBDII Head up display Does anybody know if this will work on a 2006 series 3 V35? www.kogan.com/au/buy/obdii-car-head-display/ I have searched the forums and series 2 onwards are obdii compatible. Just wondering if anybody has tried one of these?

Hey guys just wondering if R33 GTST boot will fit a GTR? Or are the boots different on GTR compared to the GTST

As car is sold I'm cleaning out the bits and pieces I have left over. All items are rare and generally hard to come by, all in great condition. R33 GTR Top Secret Carbon rear diffuser Condition: Used. Still in very good condition overall given it sits under the rear of a car that you'd drive. No actual cracks, it's all surface/coating marks/cracks. Price: $450 R33 GTR Series 3 Door Trims Condition: Immaculate. Not a mark on them, you will not find a better set. Price: $500 R33 GTR Full Carbon Insert Dash by Superior Auto – incl. drivers door panel insert & h.break/g.box boots in carbon style fabric Condition: Used. Overall condition is excellent. Some tiny surface marks here/there nothing you really notice unless you have you face 5cm from it. Price: $900 I also have a Nismo GTR dash cluster. Not sure of it's condition yet. Once I do i'll post a price, pretty sure it only has around 70k kms on it. I’ll have pics in coming days, most of you should know what these look like.
