Still on stock wheels, can't get the white LM-GT4's I wanted, and haven't decide what else to put on it yet.

Awesome, Good to see another LM owner, there is also one more that will be up here soon.

I bought a spare pair about 4-5 years ago, To get your stickers go to nissan with your rego papers and the vin number or better just rock up in the car they cost $110 and they wont give them to you without proof of the car.

Unless someone still have them in stock or sellig them 2nd handed, the last time I enquire about LMGT4 they told me that they couldnt provide an ETA date and dont know when (I suppose they're discontinued). Another choice would be TE37s, similiar but slightly smaller spokes. I find the 5 or 6 spokes suit 33 more since we're fatter and rounder in terms of look.

Very nice car btw.

Here's the latest for me. More can be found in the garage link anyway. Only bad thing is it doesnt come with logbook. But inspection shows no sign of previous mods at the time of purchase though. :P

If its just a normal vinyl sticker, get someone to do it for you. I dont see a point in getting the original ones.

Those Nismo wordings on my LMGT4 came off and I just replace them with some I bought on ebay (I've measured them and gave the guy the dimensions I wanted). Cost me 10bucks and probably an 1hr worth to put them on. The original ones cost around 25bucks for 1 when I called access motorsports up and same with your C pillar stickers, Rays require proof of owning the rims before they sell them to you.

I might try the local Nissan dealer for a set of original stickers, they have surprised me before with getting GTR parts that I thought were no chance.

Otherwise, there are a couple of other LM owners on the UK GTR forum that are going to get some custom made, so i'll just pester them to be included.

check my post after yours, nissan will get them for you, paid $110 about 4-5yrs ago not sure what they cost now , you need proof of the car. they come printed in the shape of the window/ pillar so when there put on they go on dead straight.

Thanks, i'll give them a try. I even found the part numbers for them in my R33 parts listing!!

The guys over at the UK GTROC forums were looking for someone to take a high res front on shot of their sticker so they can get some made up, apparently they are a bit hard to get over there. Any chance you could get a shot of one of yours some time?

I'm good thanks, couldn't justify spending on them unless I needed them. Expensive stickers huh ;) I'll need to add them to my insurance policy :D

Doesn't qualify as an original factory release, but I own a 1995 GTR33 Do-luck Full Catalogue car. One feature on the car is the 360km/h speedometer. Last time I checked you cannot actually buy this from do-luck. They only released the 320km/h that everyone has including nismo. It carries a full aero wivern bodykit. The entire brace range and engine accessories. And rare 18" Rims that do-luck place on their track and show cars. I am the 3rd owner outright and 1st owner in Australia.

    • This looks great! Awesome to have the 5 speed with an LSD in this. The Recaro's look like SR2's or SR3's. It's a shame they've been retrimmed as they would have looked sweet in their original colours. I think I'd want my agent to be a little more up front and informative too. I've never imported but I reckon it would make me a little nervous, so the more info the better.
    • Thanks for doing that Duncan! Makes you a good person in my books. We don't get kangaroos or wombats here. But we have bats and it's similar. AFAIK it's often the mums with a baby attached that get hit because they drop lower when starting from a tree. If you hit an animal, check on it. https://www.ifaw.org/au/resources/wildlife-rescue-app An app to get the closest wildlife rescue contact.
    • My dream is also to have a proper hoist, but I don't think it will ever happen. My quickjack is probably as close as I'll ever get, it really is very good though.
    • Yeah we keep on in the dailies, it is pretty poor how many animals get hit and the driver leaves without checking....have saved a couple of little ones over the years. Bit of a gruesome job though, pouches generally need to be cut open because they are so tight and often the joey doesn't realise mum is gone so they are still locked onto the teat. I checked the modules in front of the DS wheel where an oil cooler should go.... There is the radar unit - that can go for race use) One of the 2 HX water pumps, the silver cylinder. That needs to be kept but might be able to be relocated But the bad news, the big computer mounted vertically in front of the wheel (blocking any potential air exit) is the electric steering computer. That is required until/unless i do a hydraulic steering conversion, and in CAD based modern car design it is not like I can just pop a big unit like that somewhere else (plus the loom would be too short anywhere else too). So, the passenger side is OK to clear out (just use a smaller washer reservoir, potentially elsewhere), but the DS no beuno
    • Well, all the best with the new camry It was interesting to hear about the UK process, it is generally a lot more streamlined here with a shipping agent looking after all the import side (noting the exact final price can still be a surprise.....) and I've used a few different brokers on the japan (or US) side, and never had any trouble with any of them....luck of the draw I guess. You mentioned you didn't get the auction sheet (understandable since you bought it from a dealer, not auction), but I always try and get hold of that because they are pretty thorough. I've imported 2x R grade vehicles over the years and both were fine, repairs in Japan are pretty thorough compared to here in Oz.
