60kg x 137... get faaarked! lol

I do 20 rep squats every now and then for a finisher... but I usually do them with 90-100kg and that's more than enough for me... I can run a whole basketball game without subbing too so I'm not what you'd call out of shape

try mixed, its the business for deads IMO.

Have tried, not a fan. Whenever I've had grip issues they eventually resolve through conditioning or by stepping up the weight. Not an issue for me now that I'm doing off the grounds!

In what way are you finding it harder? Energy? Time? Cardio? My workout is pretty volume oriented - I'd wager that someone with slightly stronger 1RMs would have a hard time getting through it...not that their workout would be a breeze for me either. My point is, there are a thousand different ways to workout and if you haven't trained for it, it's always going to be challenging!

As for deadlifts...I started off doing SLDLs and got up to around 110-120kg x 10 on that...but recently swapped them out for regular deadlifts, and am finding the opposite to you - 90kg x 10 is comfortable, because the muscles I wasn't using for SLDL obviously have some catching up to do. That and regular deadlifts give me headspins by the 10th rep lol.

Conversely, I would say SLDL requiring more back work and a greater range of motion for that muscle group = less weight than normal deadlifts for you.

How much you wanna wager, I'll bring down 3 guys that total 575kg - 650kg for you to take on, any workout, any exercise, any reps, you choose, make it worth their while though big fella

Mate you gotta stop taking what I say out of context - I said slightly higher 1RMs. Give me 1/3 of my 1RMs and I'll give you 137 reps too.

    • Agreed, and in particular the earth strap that should go from the subframe to the chassis but it often broken or left off. There is a section in the R32 workshop manual you can follow for troubleshooting if you don't see anything suspicious, and depending where you are (there is no location on your user profile) you should be able to get your hands on a second hand replacement unit still if needed
    • Yeah they mention as a R34 for 2.5 Turbo...but then again thos "small" were also for R34 by that different site. But i look into it and that 310mm EBC is for R34 GTT. And by those you linked the specs are the same 🙂    EDIT: I found these on one site here: DBA 4000 series T3 DBA42304S They are 310mm...and it says are for R34GTT...are there good? EDIT2: ok they have pads too.  What "color" should i get for street use? I dont want/need some noisy ones...(and if they are not that dusty that is good too)
    • Yeah, shame. Maybe  driver's carpet is available 🙏. I am waiting for both amayama and nangun to confirm.
    • Probably. I take it that they are also mentioned to be for R34 Skyline? For example.... RDA has that part as RDA7957. I have the dimpled and slotted version of that on my car https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/285518478694?srsltid=AfmBOopKxMuAFpsxZJdB1cam4D5RAj1f9yJyOttPZLAwXVNCOiwlhrIy This is DBA's top one piece equivalent https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/364246686631?srsltid=AfmBOorbb0XHQgqTvZLgQPhg70nqJtGvdojKnugum3O2LFSr2h-obp8D
