This was roughly me also in the beginning :)

Dat six pack though lol

I didn't have a six pack lol, I was nothing but a skinny kid with no muscle. Made me so happy every kg I gained at the gym, whether muscle or fat, using one of those old scales that you slide the weight along until it balances!

That's correct. Had no muscle as a teenager. I was the weakest kid in school, literally got beaten by a girl at an arm wrestle in year 7. Mind you, girls are huge in year 7.

So yeah you gotta understand how even more surprising being anything above average, whether looks or strength, is for me!

lol @ old film photograph, showing your age? Kids these days wouldn't have any developed photos of themselves.

Yeah we're talking 13 years ago now lol

Ahh fair enough, I was very skinny but still did chin ups, situps, pushups etc, so was at least lean muscle, winning age group champs at athletics n shit. Easy to be fast or jump high/far when you weigh nothing.

From what I've read, WHEN you take it is for the most part irrelevant - it's taking it consistently that makes the difference. Takes time to accumulate - roughly within a month to reach maximum concentration/density when supplementing it at 3-5g/day.

Teaspoon of mono in the morning with apple and blackcurrant juice. Sa grittay!!

I don't notice the effect when I'm on it but really notice when I come off (strength & recovery).

Are you taking protein powder as well? Sometimes when I start back on the shakes I tend to get a little bit of bloat but it drops off.

Yeah I take WPI

Yeah he has a lot to do with them.

He won't let any random open a gym with his brand on it.

He franchises it out to people he knows and trusts.

There is also a PTC opening overseas.. first international one.

I think there are 4 new ones in the first half of this year.

    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
    • I do have loctite 243 and 246 and a few more models. I could drill it now in place and make new threads for m12 and order an4 - m12 coupling and fit that to the turbo. Run a braided hose to the EBC which I could get a an4 to 1/8npt
    • So M12 and sealant should be fine?    NPT ” because that’s what I had and what I could get atm.
