MrClandestine
Dropped to 80kg from 86kg couple months ago and planning on losing another few more. I am aiming for more rigid, solid body with minimal body fat as possible in the 78kg mark rather than being a skinny fat Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/509/#findComment-7201362 Share on other sites
MrClandestine
A great example of a skinny fat. -FIGJAM-
not a bad office gym set up. I tried to convince my boss to set up a gym here. Only need some mezzanine flooring and then equipment. Dust was the major issue, but I thought we could put up some walls and then buy covers for the equipment which can be used before or after work. He wasnt prepared to spend the money Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/509/#findComment-7202848 Share on other sites

No Crust Racing
Can't argue with that logic lolI didn't read all of this but it's interesting that it says people with my blood type, B, have good immune and digestive systems, two things I'm renowned for. I almost never get sick and I can eat almost anything without ill effect. Important to note, there's been no clinical trials. Scientific criticism[edit]The blood type diet has met with criticisms for many different reasons,[2][3][4][5][6][7][8] some of which have been addressed publicly by D'Adamo.[16] A recent scientific review concludes that no scientific evidence exists to support the blood type diet theory and calls for properly designed scientific studies to address it:[17] "No evidence currently exists to validate the purported health benefits of blood type diets. To validate these claims, studies are required that compare the health outcomes between participants adhering to a particular blood type diet (experimental group) and participants continuing a standard diet (control group) within a particular blood type population."
