underhand grip doing rows puts the wrists in a bent back position.

and using a straight bar means they are bent back and twisted out. Then from there they get pulled upwards by the arms, and downwards by gravity.

Use double overhand grip.

either thumb under or over to see what works best.

cheers, makes sense as to what the issue could be.

Bought commercial cable cross over for $100, a second corner cross over unit for a friend of mine for $180, laying down back row for $90, commercial peck deck for $20 (that's right, $20) and a commercial ab crunch machine for a friend for $20. If I had more space, or had known that it was going to be that cheap, would have organised some storage space and bought a lot more. couldn't believe the prices. will post pics tomorrow once I have it either in the work bay or hopefully at home. the $100 is missing the cables that go with it, so will have to source them somewhere, but that's easy enough.

Having seen your dumbell racks I'm guessing you'll be charging membership fees for your garage soon...

I wish I had seen this auction before I bought all my gear. Would have saved thousands

Full commercial power rack went for $180. It was ridiculous.

Worst marketed auction ever. I only saw it on gumtree and decided to pop in see what was there. There were about 30 people there, and they were all looking to privately buy equipment for their homes.

A lot of the gear was very badly presented as well, covered in dust and some of it in mould, with scratches here and there, but it was still fully functional.

I will post pics by end of the week once I get it all home and cleaned up and assembled.

I think I get away with no wrist issues due to using bitch gloves that wrap around and support the wrist a little.

Just buy a proper pair of wrist wraps from the likes of Inzer or Titan and wrap them properly before a set.

If there is still pain you might need some fascia release or treatment on the muscles or tendons.

finally, a pic appears.

going to have to move the tv cabinet thingy and fan out and put the pec dec there and will wall mount the tv above the dumbbell rack.

have sold the calgym chest press, and am now already a few hundred ahead of what I paid for all the gear. wish I had bought more....

    • This is what I could find on Minkara which has at least something on pretty much anything to do with the Japanese car industry. It had all HVAC including A/C still fitted (A/C condenser and radiator were moved to the boot) and it ran a 9.7 sec quarter mile. Somewhat of a legend among GT-R and drag enthusiasts then and now. If you're wondering if it was a reputable shop, then yes it was.
    • Are you guys familiar with this shop? Sounds like you might have come across Fujii?
    • @Rezz our resident japan guru!
    • Hey guys I’m looking to buy an r32 gtr and it looks like the shop who’s done some work on the motor was done at Fujii Dynamic in Japan. Looking to find if anyone is familiar with this shop since there not much info I could find.    All I could find was the owner has passed away early 2000s and had previously owned a 1000hp r33 for drag racing.
    • GTR front looks good. If you don't like it, I'll swap you a rolling shell R33 for it. Give you a fresh base to start with.
