I took the caster rods out last night, they are rooted. The steel sleave in the drivers side bush just falls out, and the passengers side has a 2mm gap all the way round. We thought the bushes were stuffed, but didn't realise how bad they were.

Some unknown and unused things. They are blue. We have found some nultec ones laying around, so we'll give them a crack. If not i'll just put some genuine nissan ones in.

How will you adjust if you use the genuine ones mate?

Not adjust them, I think them not moving is better than being able to adjust them. When Berry was down a few years ago, he was saying how much better new genunine bushes are then whiteline etc

I've blocked one of the oil galleries, and fitted a 1.3mm restrictor to the other one (as per sydney kids guide). Not running a external return from the head at this stage, as most poeple that have done it found it doesn't drain very well. I have also put rb26 cam covers on to help the oil/air separation.

How easy does it stretch? ie does it go on and off easy, so you can work on the car?
